Ice cream cake
It is necessary:
1 bag of strawberry-flavored ice cream
1 bag of straćatela ice cream
400 ml of cold milk
60 g ground plasma
For decoration:
2 bars of milk chocolate
10 colorful chocolate candies
2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
1.Whip the strawberry-flavored ice cream with a mixer with 200 ml of cold milk. Add ground plasma. Mix with a spatula.
2.Cover the mold with cling film and pour the mixture. Put in the freezer while you prepare the next layer.
3.Whip the ice cream with the taste of straćatela with a mixer with 200 ml of cold milk.
4.Remove the mold from the freezer and pour the whipped mixture. Return to the freezer (preferably overnight) or for 3-4 hours to set well.
5.When well cooled remove from the mold.
6.Melt the milk chocolate with 2 tablespoons of oil. Pour over cake. Chop the candies and sprinkle over the chocolate.
7.Return briefly to the freezer. Then cut into pieces and serve!
Tip:Keep the cake in the freezer.
