To treat yourself to the scent and color of summer on the days when their season is over, just open your jar of this attractive homemade apricot jam.
Ingredients
1 kg of ripe apricots
1 Jelly sugar 2: 1 500 g Dolcela
Preparation
1.Wash, clean and slice or chop the apricots.
2.Mix the contents of the bag of jelly sugar with the prepared apricots.
3.Heat with stirring until boiling. When it boils, cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, removing the foam as needed.
4.Fill clean and heated jars with hot jam and close immediately.
Advice
The jam will be tastier if the fruit is more ripe.
The jam looks so rich. I would love to put that to bread. I will eat lots of breads with the apricot jam on it. Delicious❤️
