It's Monday! it's another work week and lots of people are on their works now, but do you know that there are people who actually like to work on Monday and some are not? There are people who show up early and start their work with smiles on their faces and there are people start their work with a frown on their faces, feeling sick and tired. I've experienced this sick and tired feeling on Monday too 😂
Not because of I don't like to work on Monday, but because of tiring and exhausting work on Sunday, So.. I find Monday is a good day for a day off 😂
If you don't like to work on Monday! Work on Sunday and take a day off on Monday.
But for now I'm still enjoying a whole week day off, cause I'm out of work for a bit. 😂

late breakfast na po tayo 😂 kasama na ang snacks para tipid! Tara na po at akoy saluhan sa pagkain habang mainit init pa ang pancit canton at tortang talong combined with sauteed ground pork, carrots, red bell peppers and potatoes! Parang ang weird para sa tortang talong recipe 😂 Anyway yummy naman po siya at maganda rin yung nagta try ng mga new ingredients na isasama sa mga old recipes na favorite natin, kung baga ay susubukan po nating pasarapin pa kung ano man ang nakagawian. Wala namang masama if we try to add new ingredients lalo na kung sa ikagaganda at ikasasarap pa ng lutuin.
Puwede rin po yang gamitin sa pagsasama ng mag hubby 😂 Tara na pong kumain!

Thanks God it's finally arrived!!! Yay! Just woke up and check my phone and saw this notification from my email saying that I received my order of payment from Current app, it's good to know that this app never fails it's duties / payments on their clients / user's, and it's only took three days for them to process everything. Snack time!!! For our cats only! They actually loves to eat spaghetti 😂 I don't know if your cats also eat pasta! But this cats can easily clean a one and half servings of spaghetti in just a minute or two and they are only local breed and not from Italy 😂

Chicken Adobo Ala Pobre!
Adobo is a popular dish in the Philippines, and I think lots of Filipinos knows how to cook this, cause it's easy to cook and it can last for a few days without refrigeration.
Anyway mates! let's cook adobo! and this time we're gonna make it more sumptuous and savory! and we will take it to another level!!!
Are you ready mates? Let's go!
Here's the list of ingredients :
1 klo. chicken parts
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 pc red onion (medium size) (chop)
3 tbsp calamansi extract or 1 small size lemon
5 pcs dry laurel leaves
1/2 tbsp crushed peppercorns
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp knorr seasoning
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 cups water
Procedure : let's get it on!
Marinate chicken in two tbsp soy sauce and calamansi extract or lemon extract for fifteen
minutes.
Heat a large saucepan in medium heat, pour in the cooking oil and fry the garlic till its golden brown and crispy,set aside.
Saute the onions till translucent, add the marinated chicken and saute for about fifteen minutes add laurel leaves, peppercorns, soy sauce, vinegar, seasoning, brown sugar and pour in the water, mix well, let it boil, cover it and cooked it for another twenty or twenty-five minutes in low medium heat, stir it occasionally, simmer for about five minutes and it's ready, put the fried garlic and red chilli on top and serve it pipping hot! Best paired with steamed rice! Enjoy!!!

patok na ulam yan ngayon! Ako gay nag iisip pa ga kung ano diyan ei, pero lahat yan gay puwede nang pang ulam at maulan naman.
Ay siya, akoy magluto na laang ng noodles na may egg at sardines with egg pa rin po 😂 at samahan na rin po ga natin ng cafe americano
hehe para totyal haha, sige na po kabayan at ako gay magluluto na habang akoy nagkakape! gandang gabi na laang po at maya maya akoy magbabalik pa rin at kulang pa ga ang aking ipon 😂 happy eating na laang po!

Mag uumpisa na naman tayong makarinig ng pamaskong awitin at medyo mag aalala na rin tayo at halos pare pareho tayong walang savings dahil karamihan ay walang pasok o kung meron man yung iba ay putol putol naman, buti na lang merong mga sites na paying 😂
Pero bago po matapos ang araw na ito ay literal na mag dadatingan ang mga bayarin tulad ng kuryente, Wi-Fi, tubig at kung wala kang sariling bahay ay dagdag din sa bayarin!
Kaya kung may budget tayo ay bayaran na po agad natin ang mga bills at nang hindi na siya lumaki pa at tayo rin po ang mahihirapan pag ito ay lumaki pa.
Tandaan! Huwag na nating palakihin ang problema sa bayarin katulad po ng nasa larawan 😂

Tired of eating your usual fried chicken mates? We'll let's do something about it! Have you tried chicken buffalo wings? Sweet and spicy isn't it? So today we're gonna make a sweet and spicy sauce that no one can resist! 😂 So.. Here we go!
All ingredients you need :
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 cups tomato or banana catsup
1/2 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp iodized salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp paprika
Procedure :
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except butter and garlic, mix it thoroughly, set aside
Heat a large saucepan in low fire, put the butter and saute garlic until golden brown then add the sauce mixture and simmer it for at least fifteen minutes then add the chicken and mix it well until it's all coated with sauce and that's it guys!! You can add more hot sauce if you want it more spicy! Enjoy!!!
Dinner Time!!! And what's for dinner mates?
What about Fried chicken drumsticks? Well..
Everyone loves fried chicken isn't it? So..
Let's try this simple home made fried chicken recipe!! Lezz go mates!!
1.5 kls. chicken drumsticks, wash and drain
2 tsp. ground pepper
2 tbsp. sea salt or 1 tbsp. iodized salt
1.5 tbsp. chop garlic or 1 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp calamansi extract or 1 pc. lemon juice
2 pcs. egg
Breading mixture
1 cup flour
1 small pack of crispy fry mix or any kind of chicken breading mix available in your place.
Just mix all ingredients together with the chicken except flour and breading mix,
Marinate chicken at least 2 hours.
Coat the chicken with flour and breading mixture. Set aside and ready to fry!
Frying time: 11 minutes
Temperature of cooking oil: 350 Fahrenheit
And we've got a nice crunchy and flavorful fried chicken drumsticks for everyone!!!
