Dinner Time!!! And what's for dinner mates? What about Fried chicken drumsticks? Well.. Everyone loves fried chicken isn't it? So.. Let's try this simple home made fried chicken recipe!! Lezz go mates!! 1.5 kls. chicken drumsticks, wash and drain 2 tsp. ground pepper 2 tbsp. sea salt or 1 tbsp. iodized salt 1.5 tbsp. chop garlic or 1 tbsp. garlic powder 3 tbsp calamansi extract or 1 pc. lemon juice 2 pcs. egg Breading mixture 1 cup flour 1 small pack of crispy fry mix or any kind of chicken breading mix available in your place. Just mix all ingredients together with the chicken except flour and breading mix, Marinate chicken at least 2 hours. Coat the chicken with flour and breading mixture. Set aside and ready to fry! Frying time: 11 minutes Temperature of cooking oil: 350 Fahrenheit And we've got a nice crunchy and flavorful fried chicken drumsticks for everyone!!! Let's eat guy's!!! Enjoy your dinner!!!
