It's Tilapia ( Common name of nearly hundred species of cichlid fish) cooked in coconut milk with plenty of eggplant, Many Filipinos have different recipes about this viand and two out of ten Filipinos knew how to cook this ginataang tilapia recipe. It's a very common dish here in the Philippines because of availability of coconut and affordable price of tilapia. So.. It's done already mates! Lezz dig in!

Oh, its my mama's favorite menu. A piccadillo. The ginger and coconut milk together with the chili makes it so delicious.
