"Health is a great wealth"

I believe in this quotation that nothing is important then Heath . And I always try to give first preference to my Health and that's my IAM remain fit Everytime. Nothing you will achieve if you are not healthy. No matter you have money or not, if you don't have Heath then why you do! For example if you have 100 million dollars but you don't have health and you Remain Everytime sick then it's doesn't matter you have money 💰 or not!

You get everything if you have Health and without health you can't get or achieve something. you always remain in laziness. So try to improve your health Everytime and use those things which improve your health.

So question ⁉️ is how to improve your health?

Some people think by going into gym and doing some exercise maintain your Health fit 🙂,and also eating a lot of food 🥑 but I think if you do some chnge in your life you will make your health. These changes are not difficult everyone easily do this. So first one is :

Drink's more water 💧:

Drink a lot of water 💦 maintain your body temperature normal and also your health.

Water keep you Everytime active and make your skin glowing. It's also helpful for your kidneys and also control your hunger.

Always try to use boil water because it's free from all type germs and it helpful for body and you Remain healthy. Use coffee ☕ tea ☕ it's also a hot water and its don't effect your Health also it's beneficial for your health.. Always drink fresh water in morning 🌅 its helpful for your body ,first time water drinking is most beneficial.

Always ate at a right Time:

Mostly people don't ate at right and then they effect their health. So always try to eat on time otherwise you will lose your Health.

Some people woke up at 1pm and then they are breakfast and similarly they are doing at night 🌉

Sleep 😴:

Always make a habit to have minimum 6 hour's sleep because it's necessary for Brain 🧠 otherwise you will not look active and they passed theirs whole day with laziness. And mostly people have problm they sleep at night 2Pm and then they woke up at 6 am or 7 am. Then looks they are sleeping but actually they woke up.

Exercise:

Exercise play an important role by making health. That's why mostly doctor 🏥 recommend to do exercise daily and beacuse of this exercise you remain active all the time and always remain fit.
