Take time to rest
Hello everyone 👋,how are you doing? Happy Sunday to you all...
Am here today to talk about rest/sleep,we all know that resting is very essential in our daily activities,as you write your daily routine down try and include resting even if it's just for two hours.
When you get enough rest your blood pressure goes down instead of increasing,that is why rest is important for people who has a high blood pressure. When you are resting pause everything you are thinking about,stop thinking about any other thing than that moment you are in,the less you sleep the more your blood pressure increases. As we all know that high blood pressure can lead to heart disease which can cause stroke.

Renewed when you get back to work.
Healthy sleep allows you to remain healthy and shakes off diseases. Without enough sleep the brain cannot function properly,not sleeping well overtime can lead to health problems like high blood pressure,obesity and diabetes.
Not getting enough rest/sleep can lead to death. We have heard alot of things happening that are related to this. I have heard about alot of people that always jump from one meeting to another without proper resting,their bodies might not alert them but keeps piling up until it gets to the brim when the body cannot take it anymore and thereby causing havoc in the body which can lead to death at the end of the day.
Let us know that if you are not getting enough rest because of that work,the work you can't leave for 2-4hours will leave you one day, relax your mind, rest, sleep then come back to that work. Some people don't check themselves medically,check yourself regularly to know about your health, your body is not a wood, blood runs through it so it needs rest too.
There was a time when a pastor just finished a program in a church and he was invited to another that same day, there was no time to rest,his wife told him to rest but he didn't want to disappoint the people that invited him for the program so decided to go,he actually knew he needed rest but he couldn't,when he got there he fainted and that was the end.
Resting helps you to maintain or lose weight,it helps you to concentrate more and you will become more productive,it also strengthens your heart and supports your immune system,it also increases your social activities.

The body will definitely call for it when the time comes and then, we won´t be able to do anything. There is nothing bad in allocating some time to have enough rest daily, then resume back to your work. Health is wealth and it is important we have a good health by taking enough rest.
