The word stress has recently become very close if not a part of our daily activity and a lot of us have welcomed it with joy and open arms because they have found the key to surviving even under stress.


Stress is something we can't see but we feel it as it creeps gradually into our head making us feel as though we are being drained internally by stronger energy or force.


Most times, we allow it to get a better part of us and once this happens, it completely ruins our day making everything not to seem ok or not to seem workable and instantly we become the enemy of ourself and others.


The dangers of stress and allowing it to grow are too numerous that one must try to curtail it in every way possible.

I have seen people who work almost round the clock and yet they act or behave like they don't know what stress is all about.


The truth about stress is that it is and will always rear it's ugly head the moment you began to see the negative aspect of your job, work or daily engagement.


Stress for me is of the mind and this means that you have the power to allow it to take over you or not.


A little teaser for you...

Have you thought about a hundred million dollar job that requires you to work round the clock? 


Would you ever take such an offer knowing that it requires you to be busy all round the clock?


Stress most times is caused by not getting a commiserate reward or returns towards the energy given to work. We can always leave a life free from stress by going for that which we can handle.


  • If you know that you are not comfortable working for the day just sitting in a corner then don't go for any office job unless if it is a marketing job that requires you step out of the office regularly.


  • If you know that you can't work under pressure, don't bother working for somebody because your boss will put so much pressure on you one day so in your interest, be your own boss.


  • Always go for that job that gives you happiness. Most people have ended up working in a bank because of the pay and availability of job while they do not enjoy bank work. Such a person will always battle with stress.


Finally, always make sure to do that which you can do perfectly well with all your heart so that you can always find peace within you amid stress.

This is a great! People nowadays have a good amount of basic stress as it is. Having something like this to help make a checklist to try and help reduce stress anywhere we can so as to keep our health also in check =)
