Does read.cash still work in Nigeria?

After some times of trying to get tips when the site was still new to no avail, Nigerians left the site as it seems we've been sidelined. I'm back to only check if read.cash still pays Nigerians or we should still stay off the site. Please leave comments and suggestions.
