If you’re at the beach and see water suddenly receding, run like hell towards the higher ground.

If you’re at the bar, don’t leave your drink uncovered out of your line of sight.

Don’t live in the valley below an old dam or levees.

Avoid large crowds of people - for many reasons.

Avoid constant stress - so if your job or your mate is stressing you out daily, quit both.
