Determination

Determination is a quality that makes you continue to do or achieve something that is difficult.

In life we all need to be determined to achieve our goals, aim and objectives. Though, there will be problems and challenges on our path to success but we need to persevere and be determined to overcome those obstacles.

For instance, in our academics there are times where we feel like giving up due to stress, pressure from teachers or lectures,or failure in our courses. But all we need is perseverance and determination to keep striving.

It doesn't matter how much or many times we have failed, all we need is determination to keep going. Sometimes, failure is a stepping stone to greatness because each time we fail, we learn from our mistakes and we make sure we don't make such mistakes again.

Also, there are times where we need people or situations to trigger us to be determined. For example, Mike (who hasn't been doing well in his studies) has a crush on Angela (who is the best student in the class), then Angela turns him down because she can't date a person who's not brilliant. That situation there might just inspire Mike to be determined and start doing well in his studies.

I implore every one reading this not to see ourselves as failures, we are all human beings and we are prone to make mistakes. Once there is life, there is hope. We just have to be determined and keep pushing.
