The article I will be writing this afternoon is entitled "The Lives of Today's Young People". The lives of teenagers today can be said to be full of violence and full of hedonistic style, which makes parents fail in educating them, not a few of them cry because they see the condition of their children now.

The lives of teenagers today are very worrying. starting from the lifestyle which is a picture for everyone that describes how much moral that person is in the society around him and how that person lives. Most of today's youth abuse their lifestyle. Especially teenagers who live in big cities or metropolitan cities. Some of them use a lot of westernized modern fashion trends.

Today's youth are always associated with technology. Adolescence is a time when a person is looking for his identity. Thus, teenagers can easily imitate the things that are done by others. According to Wikipedia, adolescence is the period when humans are in their teens. In adolescence, humans can not be called adults but can not be called children. Adolescence is a period of human transition from children to adults. A person is said to be a teenager if that person is going through puberty. Adolescence begins around the age of 10-12 years and ends at the age of 18-22 years.

Adolescence begins with rapid physical development, such as drastic increase in height and weight, changes in body shape, and development in sexual matters, such as enlarged breasts, waist development, mustache growth, and a louder voice (in boys). ). With rapid physical development, a teenager must get proper education from parents and from school. The word teenager comes from the Latin word "adolescence" which means to grow or grow into adulthood. In the process of transitioning from children to adults, teenagers experience many things, such as today's juvenile delinquency, as well as today's juvenile delinquency: student brawls, eating disorders, suicide, teenage pregnancy. , scribbling on school walls, stealing, playing truancy, damaging school facilities, and acts of violence.

Adolescence is divided into 3, namely:

Early adolescence: 12-15 years of age, middle adolescence: 15-18 years of age, late adolescence: 18-22 years of age. With the division of adolescence, we can know the period we are currently living. Teenagers in this modern era, let us as the next generation of the Indonesian nation must advance the Indonesian nation, especially in its culture because the Indonesian state is rich in culture. Avoid promiscuity, avoid negative things, and avoid narcotics. Choose friends who will make us successful, don't follow friends who lead us to negative things.
