I tried almost all platforms for freelance workers but i/w as never really good at maintaining my account. I seldom go back to the platform haha

I'm staying at home and looking for free lancer work but since most of them are need a laptop while I'm using mobile phone only so I have no choice but to turn back in small income platforms,
I also tried almost all platforms but couldn't do much when college started. Now i only kept Livingston research, which is honestly better than nothing
How I start my future as a freelancer?? Please give me some advice.
