Santan

Santan or Jungle flame is a common flowering shrub native to Southern India and Sri Lanka but has long become a popular hedging plant in tropical and subtropical regions such as in South Asia, Africa, southern America such as in Florida and other warmer climates. Ixora coccinea is a species of flowering plant in the Rubiaceae family. It is a common flowering . Santan Flower many types and color. Although there are around 500 species in the genus Ixora, only a handful are commonly cultivated, and the common name, Ixora, is usually used. it's types of Santan flowers.

It is beautiful flower dear.I like all kind of flowers.I have it all around my house and on garden and in the house.

This flower is also found in Bangladesh. But unfortunately, I do not know the name of this flower. But the flower is in bunches. It looks very interesting.

This flower reminds me of my childhood memory hehehe, we use it as a play thing. And we pull off that needle like thing and taste it sweet nectar.

In some countries may nakikita kasi ako na roses at iba pang klaseng flowers na sineserve sa dining... may santan din kaya dun? hahah!

I remembered about those flowers. I used to sip the sweet juice out of it. We also put it at the top of our ears for fashion.🤣❤️
