take some anti-inflammatory (it can be ibuprofen) to get some rest and when you wake up go to the dentist, or if you can consult one online to treat the infection you must have ... I hope you recover soon...

What I'm doing when my tooth is aching, get a glass put 1/4 of vinegar and gargle it for a few seconds then gargle another lukewarm water. Then after that get a piece of tooth paste put it in your finger tips and rub it to your aching tooth. Hope it helps you.

My son is suffeing from toothache also. He's taking antibiotic for anti inflamatory for 7 days. I can let his tooth be removed after that. If your tooth is aching at the moment you can't let it removed by the dentist. The anaesthesia they will inject won't effect. The dentist might ask you first if your tooth is aching so he won't extract it for you... Better if you ask for prescription for anti inflamatory and be back after taking the med.
