My 1st E-Shoppy Experience

Shopping is known as the favorite activity of most of the females. Now-a-days online shopping is very much trending among messes. Online shopping is also known as E-Shopping. People orders the wanted product by using their cell phones and make online payment to confirmed their orders. They received their orders within to 2-3 days. This form of shopping have relaxed the people who wanted to save their time and hesitant to visit the markets for shopping.

Fruits, veggies, medicine, electric articles and clothes everything can be assess by pressing your phone. There are wide range of brands and varieties available on the E-Shopping Store.

E-Shopping was invented by the Michael Aldrich of United Kingdom in 1979. History of the E-commerce can be traced back in 2001 in Pakistan. It's popularity raised during the lockdown caused by COVID-19 worldwide pandemic. The shutdown of the markets and ban of public to visit market left no option other than choose online shopping.

My best friend Can and other mates or family members were enjoying online shopping but I was hesitant to try it. Because I believe that how I may choose anything while not touching and checking it's quality physically. Is the words of the companies that they features their products to promote their business are trustable. These all things never let me allow to do so.

Last week, I was scrolling to Facebook where I saw the post by E-Store. I was attracted by a dress design and thought to order it. It was my first E-Shopping experience. I fill the order form that ask for my home address, contact number and email address. I received order confirmation call on the same day.

I am habitual of not taking the unknown calls but I was expecting the call for delivery of my order that's why I didn't missed that call. I was being told by the sale agent that I will be contacted later for delivering parcel within 3 working days.

The dress that I ordered was simply shalwar kameez on linen stuff. Its price was 20$ and 2$ was delivery charges. The thing that was worrying for me that I don't know the exact timing of the delivery of parcel. I am a professional female and I have to go to attend sudden meetings most of the time. If I am not at home at that, I will not get my parcel.

On the third day after order, I was in meeting in revenue office at 15 mins distance from home. Around 5 O'clock in the evening a recived the delivery boy call who was looking for me to deliver the parcel. I gave him address of the revenue office and requested him to pass the parcel there in return I promised to him 2$ for extra delivery charges. Thank God I received the parcel without much worrying.

I was happy to see my online order dress, although its quality didn't proved satisfying to me later. But I was happy by trying something new for the first time.

This is how was my first experience of online shopping. I prefer offline shopping and try to manage sometime for shopping every months. Shopping is the healthy therapy that boast our mental and physical health proved scientifically. What you guys choose online shopping or offline shopping???? Let me know in the comments section.
