Hello friends and Noise Mates It's Tuesday and it's been 3 weeks since I've visited my favorite Filipino restaurant. I tried something new today. I never had Ube Kalamay or Bibingka. The Ube Kalamay was delicious the Bibingka just ok. Well I have to go on three hour road trip to see my son's high school basketball ball game tonight. I didnt eat until I was preggo though, the ladies at the restaurant tried. Well that's all I have for today. Take care and be safe. Love you all ❤️

Ohh..I just remember the ube kalamay. Missing it since during holidays way way back, we use to buy some of it for pasalubong.
I loved it liked the coconut shavings on top. They had some Ube that was fried in wrappers. Is there a name for that?
I know there is but I cannot remember. I just love and eat and eat if given such..🤭
