In this article I just wanna share my daily food that have a protein ingredients.

Let's start on this list;

1st on the list is the,

EGG- egg have a high protein ingredients that can helps faster to grow our muscles in all body parts also can helps to sustain our strength when we doing our work out routine.

BANANA- this fruit can help also to grow and can gives at the same time strength but naturally banana is one of the best food that you need to serve energy when you are doing work out on the gym, so when you go to the gym and you saw all body builders have a banana in their bags I swear.

Fish- this doesn't any required of fish it's just a fish when we go to what kind of cook it doesn't required also, any cook of fish will work it. It can help to grow fast your body parts muscle and one of the best here is it gives your mind chill.

Chicken Breast- we know that this food is very expensive but the only need you to eat is the breast only of the chicken this part of the chicken is the best food that can helps to grow our muscles because breast chicken gives an high protein to lose your weight and also when you are done on doing bulking,On the part of cutting muscles chicken breast is best food that you need.

Canned tuna- one of the best example here is the 'Century Tuna' this is one of the best example of fish that on sealed on can it's can help also lose your weight faster additionally, tuna is the great source of having omega-3 fatty acids.

Black Beans- this beans contain a high percentage of protein and fiber and it can help in your feeling that you are really has lose weight. This beans can be added on dishes like salad, chilli, ECT.

Cheese- I know you want because of its very good taste and this is have a high percentage of protein that we needs, melted cheese is the best but avoid put more because it's has a right size of cup when your are eating cheese or putting on our foods.

Milk- milk with egg is the best partner meal in the morning because it contains a highly protein that need on our body, milk also can helps to gain weight when your are tin and also milk can helps to gain improvements of our muscles.

Almonds- almonds contains rich on vitamin E, magnesium, and manganese also high in fiber that can really gives on our body. It has also a benefit to lower on our resperatory system in other way like high blood pressure.

Yogurt- Greek yogurt it also called as strained yogurt it contains a high in protein.

Lean Beef- it has a Rick source of protein that can helps on out body to gain muscle and also can gives strength when we doing our work outs routine, lean beef it has a vitamin B12 and B6 and also zinc.

That's all my food list to gain muscles and gives a power to do my workout routines every day.

Sorry for mentioning the other foods that we know is not budyetable or we can't afford but as I was saying that foods routines every day can really helps you to get grow and gains faster of your muscles and can gives strength, power also self control of your daily meal.

When you start to give your self a grow up you must be know this foods and also to control your eating management avery day so that you can grow up your selves easily and gives motivation always not to be lazy but be productive always.

On my next Artie I will right my Improvements of being productive person and also a Calisthenics Athlete.
