Low budyet Protein
In this article I just wanna share my daily food that have a protein ingredients.
**Let's start on this list;**
1st on the list is the,
EGG- egg have a high protein ingredients that can helps faster to grow our muscles in all body parts also can helps to sustain our strength when we doing our work out routine.
BANANA- this fruit can help also to grow and can gives at the same time strength but naturally banana is one of the best food that you need to serve energy when you are doing work out on the gym, so when you go to the gym and you saw all body builders have a banana in their bags I swear.
Fish- this doesn't any required of fish it's just a fish when we go to what kind of cook it doesn't required also, any cook of fish will work it. It can help to grow fast your body parts muscle and one of the best here is it gives your mind chill.
Chicken Breast- we know that this food is very expensive but the only need you to eat is the breast only of the chicken this part of the chicken is the best food that can helps to grow our muscles because breast chicken gives an high protein to lose your weight and also when you are done on doing bulking,On the part of cutting muscles chicken breast is best food that you need.
Canned tuna- one of the best example here is the 'Century Tuna' this is one of the best example of fish that on sealed on can it's can help also lose your weight faster additionally, tuna is the great source of having omega-3 fatty acids.
Black Beans- this beans contain a high percentage of protein and fiber and it can help in your feeling that you are really has lose weight. This beans can be added on dishes like salad, chilli, ECT.
Cheese- I know you want because of its very good taste and this is have a high percentage of protein that we needs, melted cheese is the best but avoid put more because it's has a right size of cup when your are eating cheese or putting on our foods.
Milk- milk with egg is the best partner meal in the morning because it contains a highly protein that need on our body, milk also can helps to gain weight when your are tin and also milk can helps to gain improvements of our muscles.
Almonds- almonds contains rich on vitamin E, magnesium, and manganese also high in fiber that can really gives on our body. It has also a benefit to lower on our resperatory system in other way like high blood pressure.
Yogurt- Greek yogurt it also called as strained yogurt it contains a high in protein.
Lean Beef- it has a Rick source of protein that can helps on out body to gain muscle and also can gives strength when we doing our work outs routine, lean beef it has a vitamin B12 and B6 and also zinc.
That's all my food list to gain muscles and gives a power to do my workout routines every day.
Sorry for mentioning the other foods that we know is not budyetable or we can't afford but as I was saying that foods routines every day can really helps you to get grow and gains faster of your muscles and can gives strength, power also self control of your daily meal.
When you start to give your self a grow up you must be know this foods and also to control your eating management avery day so that you can grow up your selves easily and gives motivation always not to be lazy but be productive always.

Firsts of all lets talk about what is DOTA?
(Defense of the Ancient), it is game that needs to know every roles and how to play if you are in the untire game, some people cant play really good cause they just play on how to kill heroes but knowing that you must be have a good strategy when you are playing this game also the heroes that can counter your using hero.
Two kinds of DOTA
DOTA 1
First is the Dota 1, wen you play Dota 1 the graphics are so very rare because if dont want kind of this figure or fixture I guess you gonna quit playing this Dota 1 quickly but for my experience DOTA 1 is the key to play DOTA 2 faster than than you play first DOTA 2 because if you are Dota 1 player you can play easily Dota 2 cause you have experienced on how to play and build the items, counters item also appreciate item for your hero that you used. Dota 1 is the most offline games that can cause happiness with your friends, I remembered when I play Dota 1 with my friends we are also betting each other 5v5 is the most and not to brag but when we play Dota 1 they are always harass me that which are team I go (HAHAHAHA) because they know tht I am one of strongest person in our group to play Dota 1 and when I play with them my team are always won. We are also move to other cities to get play wit others and betting it. I play Dota 1 year of 2015 and still I playing this game as of now.
DOTA 2
lets talk about Dota 2 of course it same with dota 1 but not all the time the graphics and fixture of this game are not really the same with Dota 1 because Dota 2 are really good than Dota 1, Dota 2 graphics are in 3d resolution but if you are player of Dota 1? Dota 2 will be easy for you to play. lets talk on how to play Dota 2, Dota 2 are really good online game because here in this game there are so many players that playing this game especially on the server that where you play.
The most cancerous server in Dota 2
Sea Asia Sever is the most cancerous sever of all time, because this sever is in the philippines that filipinos are mostly playing in this sever but I didn't say that filipinos are they most stupid player but some how is it (HAHAHAHA).
Filipinos players and caster are most known in Dota for example the hero of KUKU PALAD 'HUSKAR' this hero is the signiture of Dota Phillipnes when it comes to anouncer or the voice record Philippines Caster are the funniest Caster of all time and one the word that say of our caster in Philippines was made voice anouncer in Dota foe example the ' **LAKAD MATATAAAAAGG', 'NORMALIN NORMALIN' and also the 'ECHO SLABA JAMBA'** this only voice anouncer that Philippines that met in the field of Dota 2.
I start to play Dota 2 since the year of 2016 and for my Experiences in playing this game I can say that this are very difficult to if you are not haven't experienced playing Dota 1 and you started to play Dota 2 first. I remembered that I am always go to computer shop and spend money and time just to play dota to get stronger then other players.
I just gonna end up here guys on my next article I will write my very most happiness moments in playing DOTA.

Part II of Unforgettable Love
After few months of getting know each other and being classmates too I'm so very inlove with her just like I will gonna do what ever she want too.
One day I ask her if I can flirt with her because I feeling I can't live my life withy her but she answered me that she's not ready that kind of relationship situation and I understand that but I will never give up until I got her big "Yes" .
I remembered the day that me and her are partners of science subject reporting so we're will be gonna be prepared of this, we do our ppt presentation on computer shop after school day.
Computer shop scenario
I'm so happy to be with her in computer shop because it's first time that I am brought a women in the place of computer it's so very strange feels just because the computer shop that I brought her is the shop of all gamers like DOTA players, League of Legend, Rules of Survival (ROS) and ECT... and also that got me feels so nervous because the all gamers in shop is my friends too of course they are all shocked when they saw me that I am with a girl (HAHAHA), I remembered one of my friend talk to me that who's the girl that I brought and I answered him that "she's my classmate" and he says that "she's beautiful and cute" and I says to him that "she's mine dude" with a killer smile HAHAHA.
After we do our ppt presentation we decided to get lunch because we're very hangry, we to go MCDO and order the same what we want it. So after we ordered we sit on the table we decided to eat our foods on MCDO.
**The Day of reporting**
Me and her are excited on that day the day of Monday reporting, we're so feels nervous because it's our first reporting that we have. She's the first reporter in the first and second topic and me for third and fourth topic. We end our reports as fast as we can cause it was a basic topic on science for us.
Also I remembered the day that in our classroom were always partners on events or some kind plays in our activities works and my classmates are always cheers up for me cause they know that how I love her so much.
I just gonna end up here cause it hurts that I remembered again how much I love her and feels like that I can't explain if I love her until now or what.

My Sunday Best
Yesterday I woke up earlier at the time of 5:00 in the morning cause me and @Codename_Chikakiku got an argument that we are both gonna play badminton and jogging also so that I waited him as always on our meeting place near in gate of our building, after a few minutes of waiting I saw him with a very good smile of him.
We walk together as always to go to Arca South the place that where playing badminton, my friend ask me why I am not with other players I answered him that "I want to go with you mah friend" as we walk, we talk about our first week of classes like what are the subjects that we have or professor act like a shit," yeah act like a shit" for example my professor he unable to comprehend his student's situation that sometimes his student got a lost connection but he want to message him in our online platform app, just like how he can be? If my classmate don't have any internet connection, see that like professor.
Also we talk about my friend work fitness if there's any physical of his body got change or improvements so as I saw him in his first 3weeks of fitness work out he grows his muscles a little bit and his reaction time on playing badminton was fast to change too and also his strength.
At exactly 6:00 we are in place of arca south, we start to warm so that our muscles don't got a pain to play also to avoid flatulence pain. I saw a beautiful girl playing badminton and I want to play with her but I'm very shy, I said to my friend that I saw a beautiful girl and he says me again that I am " you are really very womanly" and I start to laugh to him.
After we played me and him decided to go to 7/11 store to eat something and as always he treats me again but now I got contribution (20pesos) HAHAHAHA.
We decided to dine in to eat our foods and we play Mobile Legends inside of 7/11 store, btw we buy food like called "sisig" and "giniling", before we start to play Mobile legends while eating we opened our read.cash to see and talk what are we published article and talk about the our content also the low value of Bitcoin tips.
While we eating I saw a 3person girl again in 7/11 store and also they are dine in too to eat there bought food and as usual my friend talk to me again that "you are looking at the woman again eat first before that" HAHAHAHA, while we eating we played mobile legend and the result of our game was 2games won and 1lost.
After 2hours of eating while playing in 7/11 at exactly 10:20 am we decided to out and go home to have a rest cause in the afternoon were many got things to do.
I just gonna end up here guys that was happened in my Sunday with my friend @Codename_Chikakiku we walk again to have a little bit more conversation.

Unforgettable LOVE
Before I start write this article let me ask everyone that are you have d inlove with your classmate? If you are this article it may contains content that my experience on inlove on my classmates and I guess you may relate it.
Let's start on the first day of class, the first I saw her in my classroom year of 2028 that was Grade 11 STEM btw guys my batch are the First STEM student on our school let me back on the story so that it when I saw her for the first time I know that I am inlove with here, she's cute, have a white skin also she's a little girl and thats what I like it too in a girl.
First I'm very shy to talk with her until the end of the day I didn't talk with her but Im would not give up, after school day I give myself motivate to chat her, I ask her in chat that I am having a issue that what our prof teach us on calculus.
In that scenario she responds me so fast that I never expected, she's so very nice and have a courage to explain it what ever topics I ask on her that I didn't understand also she's a kind person.
I remember the that in our subject CALCULUS and I ask her on how to solve this problem and she very have a seriously explanation on how to solve and she warns me well.
The first month of our school days was done, me and her are always enter together in our school in the morning, I always wait here in our meeting place at exactly time of 5:30am because we are always the first 2student are enter in our classroom.
After a month again our relationship as a classmate are gonna be deeply, after school I always her be with even she's going home but I didn't came in her home only in the place of here.
I remember that I always holding her hands after school and talk about each other on how we product an assignment or other things will gonna be topic.
You know what guys I am a seller of candy milk in our classroom and I always give here for being courtship also (HEHE) but sometimes it's just I want to give it without purposes it just to be happy with her.
After again several months I'm trying to say to her that I am gonna love with her but my nervous bit me up (HAHAHA) when I saw her face my day is happy it's completely ok.
Until the day it's come the day that our cosplay event must go on and we talk each other what are we gonna look like and I suggest her that she dressed up like a queen 👑 and me my favorite song writer and singer ( ALLAN WALKER).
The day will go as always I wait her in our meeting place and when I saw here I'm so inlove with her and says "You're so beautiful my lady" and she give a hug and big smile.
BTW guys I just gonna end up here for now I promised that I will write a part 2 of my this love story, sorry for being hanging you guys don't worry on next article everyone will shock on what happened on us.

Ghost Love
Before I start write this article I wanted you to know that this is not a real ghost but sometimes I want to be.
Let's start on how we meet, we meet on Facebook she's very beautiful in her profile picture and me was so very nice to her, first I chat her and say "Hi" HAHAHAH 'Hi' word is my magic word on girls (CHARIIIZZZ) but there is it we chat together and I'm trying to be nice to her even my attitude I handle it.
After few days of messaging each other she confused why I am chat with her always, avery day and night and me answered that I have a crush on her.
She was shock because it's first time to her that admit having a crush on her, me was so nervous because I have a fear that she will never be chat me but that happened opposite, she chat me even she knows that I have a crush on her after few days on the happened I decided to confront her that I am gonna flirt her and she shock was again.
She answered she was not ready for it because she wanted to finish her studies before she got a relationship and I understand her but I will never give with her, I talk her deeply and I say that I am gonna wait until she got ready for this kind of relationship.
We always talk and video call on messenger on several months, we was so happy to talk each other.

Until time comes that I having a feelings that she has a guy that chatting with her because lately she felt me so bad she chatting me so very late not likely usual the past months.
After several days my feeling was correct she got a 'My day picture on facebook' and that picture was a Man and have a caption that say ' I love you mah baby' on that day I felt so bad for my self because I broke my trust to a girl that she made me fell dependent on nothing gonna happend.
I took courage for my self to talk her but I can't I'm very sad when I saw that and she never message me in that day, on the other next day I decided to give a message a last message from me saying that ' I am leaving you with peace and I'll never come back, you broke me in little piece that need very long time to heal', after that I never her reply her chats even she calling me.
I gonna end up here guys I am crying now when I remembered that happened I can't express more story about on this, sorry for hanging guys promise on my next article I will write more than this.

Badminton Sports
Before I start to write my story in this article that I am not like a pro player of badminton Im just playing as I want.
Badminton is my favorite sports its contains me to get very hydrated as I know, I remember when I was a child at exactly 5years old first I play this sports and for my gains its all good to me.
I remember my first racket its only a local brand of badminton racket its just because I dont any knowledge about rackets in those days.
After years I cant play badminton because I am busy on my schools works on highschool days until it comes the senior highschool life and my professor in Physical Activity play as a Badminton Sports so that my willingness in playing badminton is return again.
My professor trains me the routines and drills in playing badminton sports also on how to control the game when your are in the court.
After several months of training I can say that I'm able to interact with other players that stronger than me (HEHEHEHE).
I remember the day that I am always got a muscles pain because of my everyday training in badminton, I never skip a day of my training because I have a goal in my life sports.
I remembered I just always barrow a badminton racket on my friends and to my co players of badminton but I have on my owned.
I buyed for my self because I remember the day that I barrowed racket on my co player and I accidently broke it in the middle of the game.
After Pandemic Issue me and my co players also coaches are played together.
We luck because even my coaches are playing as enjoyed.

Yesterday Story Life
Yesterday I woke up early at 5am in the morning because me and my friends and also coach in Badminton Sport are gonna be play Badminton here at Tenement Cover Court.
My alarm starts to have noice at exactly 5am and of course me just woke up to bring it off my alarm and starts to meditate as always I do before I start to get up in my bed, after 30mins I chat my friend in our group chat that I am ready to go so that I start to get up and fix my bed after doing that I come to rest room (Cr) to wash my oily face also get toothbrush atleast 5mins after that I put my sucks on and shoes.
Exactly 5:45am I left my house and bring my Badminton Racket, I start to walk atleast 10minutes before I start to jogging.
6:01 am I been there in the place that we gonna play Badminton and I saw first Tatay Noriel attaching the badminton net and of course as I have a personality of helping that who needs help, I start to fix the other net in the 2nd place court after that fixing the net I start to warm up my body as always doing before playing a any kind of sports.
The time goes by at 6:30 am my friends are already here, me and my friends starts to play as single and later on we play as doubles.
Can you guess? In that picture where I am? (HAHAHAHA), me and my friends and also coaches are very happy cause this is my first day to came with them again after a month.
We finished playing at exactly 10:30am me and teammates are so exhausted and start to fix everything because we are gonna go home but before we go home we decided to take a picture with them.
That's the ending of my story time in the morning, after several hours of rest in my house my friend message me in messenger that he want to eat (Lugaw) and he ask me if open the Lugawan near at my place because he will set me free eat Lugaw and answered him "yes it's open here now" so that we decided to come there after several minutes at exactly time of 4:30pm in the afternoon, he said that he was already at the ground of our building and I, in turn, went down to see him.
We go to Lugawan that what I was said near in my place at exactly 4:46pm were here the place that I said and we start to get out orders Lugaw with egg and tokwa, me and him starts to eat.
After we eat Lugaw me and him decided to take cigarette because our stomach was full so that it's nice to take cigarette and we go to the store to buy cigarettes.
After an hour with him we decided to go home because it's already get dark also, I was he was taken out of our gate and go home.
Me? I also go home to take a rest of time and read some articles here on Read.cash and take some comments with there articles.

Unexpected Person In your Life.
How's your day guys, have you ever done good today?
My day wasn't good naaaahh, Let me tell you a biased short story.
Have you ever meet a person that you didn't know each other? or simply did you talked somebody that you don't know his/her personality?
Me? is yes!, I remember the day that me and her meets on mall here at Manila, Taguig City, Maket-market, I saw her at the front desk of Medical Health Care an she's like a virgin mary even she is a short girl but terrible.
I come to her to ask what she's doing here and ask her name also, I'm little bit nervous because I am very shy person when it comes like this situation but I took courage and I made it.
Everytime I saw her eyes its like I dont to looked anymore to somebody or somewhere out there, I prefer to be humble always in front of her cause we know that humble is better than being arrogant person.
We walked together and talked about something in our life but the thing is I ask her if she has a Boyfriend and she answered me faster as I didn't expect, she's answered me "NO" and as Guy its perfect for me.
But in the end I made mistake for my self after that we talked about it, I realized that I am not ready for commitment even we dont have yet but I distance my self for as good and continued my life that I do.

How my Exercise works
First of all I started to have a goal against to my self.
Goals that can be change my mind, aspect as human, and also my Body Shape.
lets start to my every day routines what I do and how do I preferred it before I go.
First I started to wake as early as I can 6am in the morning is the standard time of my awakening process, I give atleast 3ominutes to meditate before I wash my wet face after that meditation I get up and fix my bed and go to bathroom wash my lovely face, and take toothbrush my teeth after doing this in another 30minutes and 7am will comes, I gonna wear my shoes on and started to jogging with my friend but sometimes Im only one abd its ok for me so lets go to my routine in jogging.
I go to Heritage part or sometimes to Arca south and jogging atleast for 1hour straight after that I take 10minutes break because I am gonna start my workout or simply my weights routine.
List of my work outs.
150 push ups a day
curl up 20reps and 4sets
10pull ups with 4sets
20sit up with 4sets
abs routine its to many but Ill gonna say my always do is the L sit that gonna makes me die (HAHAHAHAHA) but its ok because its a part of process.
After doing this routines as 1month I decided to go to GYM to get more improvements of my body and will have a confidence of my self.
My first day of in gym.
I am so happy because its very nice to have this opportunity in my life and my friend helps me to have improvements in my 3months goal fitness and were same as what I did he has a goal too and we decided to be partner, duo in our goals.
My attempt on deadlifthing I got only 135lbs and that is very poor for me and I decided to have an achievement that after 2months in grinding on gym I can lift 250Lbs (114KG).
My favorite routine in gym my gym life is the back cause I have an goal to figure out my Demon back and so far this is my body back shape I always take a picture of my back and see the improvements its.
Many people ask me why I am doing this? i answered them in the simple way "I'm investing my self to have an achievements and goal not to show off to other people", being an independent person having a goals is better and you are the one that makes your way to achieve your goals.
this is the result after grinding 3months
It's not really a demon back I just wanna flex my Improvements that I achieve, In this kind of life is hard to change.
Having a Goals in life it can help you to have achievements, more goals more achievements.
P.S. Don't stick your what you have now make your way to have a achievements because having achievements is feels better.

Introducing my Self
hey guys wazzaaap i just wanna say something all trough out about my self so that you have a knowledge about of my self.
First I am single ready to miggle (charizzz lalaki ibigay niyo saakin gows mga babae mga lasong kayo!!!) joke guys.
I am 21 year of age, living in the beautiful country of southeast asiaaaaaaa (PHILIPPINES) and also I am one the oldest son my beautiful mother named (Joevena) and I have bother name (Apple) yeah I know my bothers name is such a cute name for being a boy (HAHAHAHAHA) his not a girl.
I am a currently student of Taguig University of the Philippines (TUPT), I'm taking my course as a Mechanical Engineer 4years from now and currently I'm 2nd year at 2nd sem on doing online classes flat form, its been very hard for me take this course because it has a different malfunctions situation we had that cause of some of my subjects can't gives a full of knowledge for me as a student.
I have a subjects that needs to have a face to face doing like a machining is the main subject of my course but it can't perform now because we has a situational COVID-19 issue in the world, and my professors always we watch videos and the gonna what is in there in the video like what are the materials be like to need if you do this and definition of machines that's need to know as Mechanical Student so that when the time goes on as face to face classes me and my classmates have a knowledge on how to use this machines and what is functions also who it works.
As bread winner of my family I never stop my ambition in life and also my goals to live because I am one of my family expected on that have a high degree to graduate and I'll never disappoint my family speacialy my lovely mother that never forsaken she's alway there for my brother even we don't have father to helps her to support me and my brother.
My life is a have a many problems but I never give up even god gives me big problem but I never blame him because we know that he gives this problem and he knows that me and my family can survive it.
One of the big problem is my brother got sick, his sick was (TUBERCOLOSIS) my mother was cried when she comes home and see the result of my brothers check up and also me but we didn't take lose hope instead we tried to have a full of maintenance for my bother and my friends got helped my brothers medicines also my mothers friend and my brothers friends, all the helps was came to all our friends my related family wasn't helped but its ok for me some we gonna think about if they are really family related or just a stranger that came to your and doesn't want to help when you need it right now.
Its been a year and my brother is full good health now that is because we he help of God and our friends that never ask for compensation.
I am gonna end up here guys later am gonna write better than this, I am starting to cry nah while I'm doing this article
