Smoothie for weight loss.
Hello everyone hope you all doing good, today i decided to share a good weight loss recipe with you all. i had this recipe in mind it is good for losing weight you can add this in your daily routine for some months to try this out. as the things are all healthy and tasty. so definitely the smoothie taste wont be bad sometimes when you trying to loose weight and the smoothies or juices you drink are bad at taste and it is hard to drink it. so i think this one you might like it.

Ingredients
little bit Large grapefruit without seeds
fresh mint little bit
green tea
lemon
honey
pineapple
avocado
spinach
stick of celery
Instructions
Now time to mix them in the blender so its time to add Spinach , Green tea and stick of celery in to blender and mix them until they are fully smooth and now its time to add other all ingredients to the blender and blend them until they are fully smooth and ready to drink.
So now its ready and you can try this out also not much maybe daily once a day. and if you don't like it don't drink it and you can try one easy thing which is Lemon and Honey mix in water and drink daily its easier then this smoothie and honey has a lot of good benefits for us all.
Honey and lemon are best and easy for everyone it taste nice and works flawless. a lot of people feel lazy to do mixtures stuff but here it is not a problem for people who doesn't like to have a lot of mix stuff together they can try now easily lemon mix with honey in warm water.
