So today is Saturday and I have a Saturday routine that is cooking for my lady boss as Saturday was her cheat day because the rest of the days she's doing a diet program where every Monday until Friday there is delivery food for her.

Yesterday night convo with my lady boss,

  • her: tomorrow you cook for lunch as I don't have food delivery every Saturday.

  • Me: yes, madam what do I cook?

  • She goes into the kitchen and checked the ingredients for what she wanted me to cook the following day.

  • Her: okay tomorrow do macaroni with eggplant and potato. Check whatever you do with the ingredients.

  • Me: ❓ a little bit confused about what she wants as I still im not trying to cook for what she told me recently.

  • And then I answered okay madam no problem.

  • End of the conversation

Morning comes and I think to quickly finish cleaning some areas as I need to cook at noon.

So today I want to share here what I cook for my madam's lunch because it is like im experimenting with cooking as she only gives me all the ingredients and im the one thinking of what to do with that ingredients.

The ingredients are macaroni, potato, eggplant, half cream milk, bechamel mix, salt, and pepper so without further ado let's go.

First I wash the potato and eggplant and cut them in a circle as I want them to fry.

After frying the eggplant and potatoes put them in a strainer for the excess oil to come out and set them aside as after we take another pot for the macaroni.

Here is the macaroni you can cook for at least 8 to 10minutes and the next thing we do we moved for a bechamel sauce.

Cut the small size of butter put on the pot and next is the half cream milk a little bit of salt and Black pepper and the last was the bechamel mix and put a low fire while stirring occasionally until it will become thick.

When everything is done now it's time to put on pyrex first we put was the potato, next was the eggplant, on top of the eggplant we put some sauce, on top of it now it's time for the macaroni on top of it is the bechamel sauce,

And last but not least we have on the top of it is mozzarella cheese and now we put in an oven for 15 minutes or we always check it avoid burning.

And charaaan yes I made it as my madam likes the taste. But this recipe is still unknown hihi.
