To carry a child and bringing that to the end safe and healthy isn't that easy. I just want to share some tips to an easy delivery. I have tried all of these when I was pregnant and it's very effective to me.
• Have a regular check up. Follow the dates of your check up given by your midwife or OB-Gyne doctor. In these measure, you can ensure your baby's health and yours. Also, so you could what measures will you adjust or add on to keep yourself and your baby safe and healthy.
• Take your Vitamins regularly. Never miss one in taking those vitamins. Remember, it is not just you who needed the nutrients and minerals provided by those Vitamins. Your baby also is depending to it and to you.
• Keep hydrated. Since, we pee more than the usual and more often than the usual doesn't mean that we have to minimize the water that we drink. We should drink more just like the usual amount we were drinking before we get pregnant.
• Exercise every morning. Why morning, not afternoon, or not night? Here's why on my own experience. We felt sleepy in the morning to the whole day due to the baby and it's not good. Sleeping the whole day and doing nothing can increase our blood pressure. We should exercise 30 minutes to 1 hour every morning to go against our sleepiness. It also good for our body for better condition. Exercise like walking, stretching, or any minimal exercise can do.
• Eat according to your doctor's prescription. Months after months goes near to your due date, the doctor sometimes adviced us to lessen our diet or their are other foods not allowed for you to eat because this can make your baby grow bigger and not very normal to the usual size. That's one reason for your delivery to be hard and challenging.
