PART 1

It truly is the doom of the Babylonian king, king Doggerton, son of the previous king who ruled Babylon, Galdola. None knew they were related and never did father and son meet. Terrechel, Galdola's wife died during labour on a ship at the sea coast the night upon Doggerton's birth. Far away, Galdola faught alongside two of his men in a separate ship, against the Amonites and Barbarians in Barbados. Unknown to him, his wife was in labour and had followed him after so much persuasion from him, convincing her to stay at the castle instead of coming along with him to the war front, but she disobeyed and went on another ship all alone, with all her belongings. She also hid her pregnancy from everyone, except her husband. No one knew the reason why Terrechel did such a thing, whether it was for good or bad, but we also discover that the great and powerful king has lots of enemies in his courtyard, Babylon and all around the world so perhaps that was the reason why she didn't let anyone know of her pregnancy.

After Galdola and his men's victory over the Amonites and Barbarians from Barbados, Galdola sights a ship from afar and decides to go check the ship. He finds his wife's body, lifeless and rages over Terrechel's action, but is also saddened by her death. He doesn't find his child whom he thought she was carrying and is even sadder after realising that, the only thing he sees is blood and Terrechel's dead body in the ship.Takes her body to meet his other men and they travel back to Babylon.

Years later, Galdola dies in his old age and the people of Babylon lament, celebrate, honour and come together to bury his body. They search everywhere for a new king to replace Galdola and find alas a young gentleman (Doggerton) living in Babylon with his wealthy, step father, Olkinbragg. Doggerton was sold to him by Rebusites after Rebusites defeated Jerusites and Calebites, people who took Doggerton from his mother the night he was born in a ship, after her death. They recognize Terrechel, she is the queen of Babylon. The Jerusites and Calebites thus planned on building and forming a nation together, Mesonnites. (Jerucaleb). The Rebusites destroyed them, took Doggerton with them and sold him to a wealthy man man named Olkinbragg. That was the reason why Galdola didn't meet the child in the ship and never knew his child was alive after all.

A blessing in disguise, Doggerton is invited to the Babylonian courtyard and unknown to everyone and also to himself, he is Galdola's child. He is offered the opportunity to be their king and accepts. He says he must break the news to his father himself. The people like him and wonder what kind of gentleman he is. They say he posseses similarities and characteristics as their former king Galdola. Olkinbragg accepts the offer and says it is destiny, Doggerton to be king. "Doggerton, you've been through alot and later you'd understand" said Olkinbragg. Doggerton is confused and pleads with Olkinbragg to explain to him what he just said. Olkinbragg's response to him was that he will find out himself with time.

DOGGERTON BECOMES KING OF BABYLON
After his crowning, he appoints Ezrekah, who he thought was his friend as assistant and councilor. Doggerton's latter downfall came as a result of this supposed friend. Ezrekah wishes no good for King Doggerton and speaks bad about Doggerton with the courtiers and also plots dethroning him. He has a personal relationship with Doggerton and also with the evil courtiers in Babylon. Ezrekah is described as a pretender, very ambitious fellow, cunning devil, crafty snake and an evil being.

Doggerton's throne hungers everyone in Babylon, from the commoners to the rich. He is admired by some for being powerful and nice, but for others, it's the other way round. Envy, jealousy and hatred for Doggerton, a dominant theme in Babylon. So much that each time he thought of these negativities, his countenance went sour, but he must learn to worry less about them and focus more on his responsibilities.
