Roll Away The Stone Or Use The Stone
Until we first see that there is a stone in front of us we may never see the need to push it aside. Maybe the stone is so decorated, it appears to be a right fit for you, so you don't want to roll it away. Many times the stone becomes a territorial fence, and you get comfortable within, you don't want to leave, well until you see what's on the other side, you may never want to leave. As far as we can see then we can get, as far as we can desire then we can push for. There are many stones right there standing as an hindrance, we really need to push it aside to experience a better placement. Will you roll away that stone?
Personally I like to think of challenges as a stone, which now resolves us to thinking what are we then going to do to the stone. While many may see the stone as a blockade, there are others seeing the stone as a step. You can say one is more realistic than the other or you can say they are both realistic, but truthfully one is more realistic than the other, the latter person who takes the stone to be a step might just be acting on believe, however this believe system can engulf a mind so much that it helps it become more realistic than the first who sees the stone for the blockade it is naturally.
It's no falsehood that people can turn situations around to their favour. Yes you guessed right, it's in the mindset as well as it's in taking the right action. It's really not enough to believe in yourself for positivity, it's also needed that we take the right steps for better productivity. The world is desperately wicked with so many instigators of fear into the minds of ordinary people, this fear they can successfully instigate produces for them their gain off your losses, not talking about money alone, ego is at stake, respect is submerged, they take full control. Any challenges that can successfully instigate fear into you has won already, you see we need to act, can you use that stone or better still roll it away.
Now, there is something we really want but can't get, that is a stone in front of us, maybe the stone is a person, let's say the manager in charge of an item you desire. Firstly, "seeing the stone as a blockade" for someone who takes a challenge to be a blockade, how do we feel the response would be, stop right. That's what we all do to a blockade, a blockade is a stop sign , a call to retreat. Just like driving and you see a blockade, you don't go further, there must be a good reason for the blockade. So it's retreat, there is a stone here, I give up. I'll get another item, that man is a wicked man, he doesn't want to release it, oh what wicked world.
Meanwhile Someone elsewhere sees the same challenge too, still as a stone, but now as a stepping stone, not a blockade. What does this do to the mind, and what likely result are we expecting from this guy who sees the stone as a step instead. Obviously, a step says come, keep going, so naturally we expect that this guy sees the challenges as something that has a bright future, there is something ahead, that's why this stone is here, I'll climb it, then keeps pressing ahead. Maybe the manager Is too wicked and refuses to give it to either of them, but one thing is sure, this guy would try harder and won't easily give up, a trait that helps us become achievers.
I have taken time to research on few of these guys making waves currently, am like was it all easy for them, were they just lucky, I mean more lucky than the many rest, eventually I could see that for many, they were not born into this living, oh infact the odds were not to their favour, but they could take crazy leaps. I guess the higher the risk , the better the reward, it's a standard the world has been going with. Still the higher the odds the higher the loss, just incase it doesn't go so well, so this also would make a million people withdraw. Only few actually see a stone for the step it can, many see it as a blockade.
At least we should try, maybe we should start seeing this challenges first as stones, then secondly as steps. Steps are not really negative, still they are not fully positive either, I guess some people still don't like the staircase, some prefer not to climb the steps, they say its tiring, of course its tiring, if you want to go upstairs and the step is the only way up, then you have to do the work, or still stay downstairs with your popcorn comfortably. Same goes for the issues of life, we know where we are headed for, so if we think the process is stressful, then we need to rethink, its sometimes easier to retreat than keep pushing forward, however forward is where we ought to be.
Yes, it starts from a mindset, then it slowly gets into an habit, a new insight to how we view things, and believe me it would help. Firstly knowing it's a stone, maybe it's a big stone but it can be climbed and you can step it over, climb it to your destination, March on to the bigger picture. Today the blinds are becoming educated, writing, playing instruments, the deaf are communicating almost normally, more normally than few people who has ears, the lame are moving comfortably. it's almost as though there is no blockade anymore, so what could that your challenge be, come on its just a step, climbed over it.
Thanks for reading, I really do love you all. Thanks for the continous support. Stay in control.
Comparison of stone to challenges in life sounds interesting. Most of us are very lazy to push the stone aside and see rhe other part of life. Some of them turn away from obstruction coming on their way, going on safe side not wiĺling to accept challenges.
