They said that to your fear, you need to face it. Do not let your fear take over your life. If it is not a rational fear, then learn how to let it go. Fear is one of the impediments to achieving your goals. It can hinder your way towards success by allowing you to be afraid to seize the next step. You just need to make sure that they are being honest with you.
You are unique. You have qualities that nobody else has. When evaluating your personality, try to find out the level of negative and positive qualities you have. Do your positive qualities overweighed your negative qualities? Once you think of something negative, divert it quickly into a positive one. Do not let your negative thoughts consume your whole thinking.
Everyone deserves to be respected as so as yourself. Even bad people needs respect as well. And if you want others to respect your, you need to learn how to respect yourself and others firs. Never allow yourself to be condemned by others and especially don't condemn yourself.
