Yesterday I posted a photo of the sunflower seen from behind. In order not to be upset with me, I have to show the opposite, that is, the most beautiful part. This is a field with sunflowers. It's not for beauty reasons, it's more prosaic. For seeds that are used in oil extraction and in the food industry.

    We mainly use palm oil although there is sunflower oil at the supermarket too. But palm oil is the cheapest here because we have our own palm oil plantation.

      Yes, that makes sense. In our case, palm oil is much more expensive because it must be brought from you, from afar.
