Dahi Wadas
Well this one is a vegetarian recipe which means it involves use of dairy .
This dish is for hot hot summers when you don't want to get up n cook in the heated up kitchen
Just get your plain cold Yogurt Beat it up till it had no lumps mix some pickled green chilli chutney thats for the raita
Now for the Wada
We need our vegan protein powder which is Chick pea floor (or as Asians call it besan )
Now mix some crushed coriander seeds ,salt , chilli powder and a pinch of baking soda now mix in you water and make it into a pasty batter
Now scoop the bater with a spoon and fry em and now you can store these in a air tight container you can store these for a week or more
Mix the yogurt raita with these wadas and put some Sizzling oil with cumin seeds and curry leaves on top of them to make it more yummy
These are best serve Cold with a generous amount of Chat masala sprinkled on top ❤️
