In this image you can see how they put pressure on a person forcing them to love themselves and honestly it is very unfortunate.

It is sad that sometimes people force others to love themselves, to heal quickly from one day to the next as if it were very easy. Having self-love and a good stability is a strong and painful process as I have been mentioning in my last articles. Let's remember to accept things about oneself, adding nights of overthinking and start feeling as inadequate as possible.

Positivism is another thing. This phrase I have kept very much in mind on a personal level, I hope you can do it too and understand it ``It's okay not to be okay'', that is, it's okay to be positive and cheerful, but it's also okay to feel sad or feel other similar emotions. Remember that even if you are positive you don't have to ignore your other feelings, lock them up and not express them.

In conclusion, this image is very true, pressure is not the right way to help others.

Respecting the other person's personal space and their way of moving forward is very important. We know how difficult it is to be in this situation and that is why you have to respect and empathize with the person who is trying to move forward. It is not just about giving advice, sometimes there are moments when you just want to be listened to, because, after all, loving yourself is a decision of each person.

Personally, I really like that there are people who want to help others, giving their advice based on their experiences, taking into account the patience and progress that this implies through social networks. You don't necessarily have to go through something similar to help, you just have to be empathetic and seriously want to help other people, respecting their decision, their progress and helping them whenever they allow you to.

Note: Remember, you are not obligated, if you want a change for your well being, to improve and stabilize your mental health, do it, but do it at your own pace, don't be in a hurry. It's okay sometimes not to be, but don't let those feelings always take over, get back on your feet, grow and enjoy life.
