Sometimes we feel this emotion, feeling, thought, an unpleasant condition or thought and it is that, distress contains many meanings. It influences our way of reasoning, feeling or even acting. It is described as sadness, anger, fear, helplessness, hopelessness, among others.
It is one of the universal emotions most experienced by human beings, being a feeling linked to situations of despair. Losing the ability to act voluntarily and freely, that is, the ability to take one's own actions.
However, it is very important to emphasize that anguish appears for psychological reasons, but that it originates extremely unbearable sensations, causing emotional pain or provoking very unpleasant physical symptoms, because it manifests itself through the body.

Maintain your routine: This refers to continuing to attend to your daily responsibilities, that is, do not stop doing what you have to do, but dedicate some time to your emotions during the day.
Physical activity: Yoga, exercise, among others. It helps to take care of our body, but also helps to better interpret our emotions and improves our confidence and self-esteem.
Be aware of your emotions and write it down: If you have some negative thoughts and worries, write them down and be aware of them to release them through a new approach.
Transform your emotions: To give a new focus to your worries you should ask yourself what is bothering you, what is the real cause of it, what can you do or how can you summarize everything you have answered in an affirmative sentence.
Always have an anti-stress kit in your hands: taking a shower, listening to your favorite music, drawing, painting, reading, watching a series or anything mindless or productive that will help you escape and have fun will help you get through these days better.
