"Sorry" isn't effective to gain the favor and trust back from the person you've wronged. Doing good and never repeating the mistake is the best medicine for the wound you've inflicted.

Totally agree , so many people take the easy route of saying "sorry" without actually meaning it. Action speaks so much louder that talk.
