We always find that our communication should be effective so there are 7C's of effective communication which are applicable to board written as well as oral communication these are as follows

1-completeness

2-conciseness

3-consideration

4-clarity

5-concreteness

6-courtesy

7-correctness

completeness:

The communication must be complete it should covey all the facts that are required by the audience the sender of message must take into consideration the receivers mind set and convey the message accordingly A complete communication has following features.

• Repetition of an organisation is developed and enhanced by complete communication

• Moreover they are goes to saving as no crucial information is missing and no additional cost incurred in conveying extra

  message is the communication is complete

• Complete communication helps in better decision-making by audience readers receivers of message as they get all desired and crucial information.

• it persuade the audience

Conciseness:-

Your communication should be in the least possible words so that next person should not feel bored conciseness mean wordiness and it is a necessity for affective communication. Concise communication has following features.

• It is both time saving as well as cost saving

• It highlights and underlines the main message as it avoids using excessive and need less words

• Concise message is more appealing and comprehensible to the audience

• There is no reputation of word in Concise message

consideration

the mentality of every person is not equal everyone has his own IQ level and has a certain point of view about any topic so we should talk by considering the audience or the person with we are talking it will be helpful that the next person will get our point so quickly because we are talking in the same way he want to listen . You should keep in mind your audience type for example when you go to a village and there you find out rural people so you need to speak in that way they speak it will increase your clarity about village to you and when you learn the native things people will listen your conversation attentively because they become happy that you can speak in the way they do and you are doing those things which they use to do it would be surprising thing for all of them and they will try to follow all the instructions which you have given to you because they think that you are talking about right thing . You can earn the believe of those people.

Clarity :-

there should be ambiguous statement in your conversation your conversation should be so clear that even a lay man can grasp the real idea of your conversation by this type of conversation people feel attach with you because they think that you belong to them. Clarity is so much important in your conversation if you are clear about your statement then it means that people are also getting the clear picture of what you are saying but if you are messing up the concepts then your audience will get bored with your conversation they take it like radio transmission is just going on with so many flaws in it.

politeness is a big element in your conversation if you are polite with your people in conversation they remain keen to listen your conversation but if you are not paying any attention to them and your conversation is going to be rude then they will show zero interest in your talk.

Correctness:-

your conversation should be authentic means everything you are talking about should be from should resources which are authentic this will boost up your confidence and you can talk with proper clarity .
