There is no end in sight. It should be kept in mind that new trees are born from the fallen fruit. So in the middle of life we have to find the dream of living anew.

There is no work in the world that makes life fail. Life is so big matter that it is very difficult to fail.
Your time doesn't matter to someone; Who neglects you; To whom you have no other desire; Does he really love you ???
- Even if it is old, the tree will not be pruned, even if it does not bear fruit, it will give shade. "Don't neglect even if your parents are old, they will bless you even if they don't give you some money.
What can we call another name for intelligence You know that the most intelligent animal in the world is man. But which is the most intelligent animal after man? Do you know that Each person's answer may be different. But the funny thing is that after humans, dolphins are the only most intelligent animals in the world! Of course, there is a debate about this. I didn't go into that argument, but of course the animal floating in the water is very funny! Let's talk about funny dolphins today. Good to say at first that dolphins are not fish ; these are mammals. They live in water like fish, swim but do not lay eggs like fish. The mother dolphin gives birth to a small baby dolphin. That little dolphin grows up on its mother's milk. And that is why they are called mammals. Many believe that dolphins once lived ashore. Later, seeing the unfavorable environment on the shore and the abundance of food in the water, they adapted to the water. Although there is not a very reasonable reason behind it. ***Species and location :*** There are about 40 species of dolphins in the world. The number of marine dolphin species is 32 and freshwater species is 5. They live on the rivers of South America and South Asia. Of all the species, the bottle-faced dolphin, the pink dolphin, the spinner dolphin and the parapoise are notable. Dolphins of various sizes ranging from 4 feet long and weighing 40 kg to 30 feet long and weighing up to 10 tons can be seen. The biggest dolphin is the killer whale. Many people know them as Oracas. A killer whale is about 32 feet long and weighs about 5400 kilograms. And the smallest dolphin is called Tachusi Dolphin. They are about four feet in size and weigh about 110 pounds. Dolphins are found all over the world, especially in the shallow seas near the continental shelf. Common dolphins and bottlenose dolphins are a type of dolphin that can be seen in zoos or aquariums. There is a type of dolphin called spinner dolphin in the sea, who jumps and somersaults on the sea air. Most dolphins live at sea and are found almost everywhere in the world. There are several dolphins that live in the river. River water is not saline. So those who live here are called river dolphins. ***Physical constitution:*** Dolphin means lip. Their noses are like lips, their bodies are elongated. There is also a fish called dolphin. This tall fish is blue in color, with bright golden, green and purple hues. Weight 30 kg, about 2 meters long. Alone or in a herd. The front of the dolphin's body has two wing-like parts. It's called a flipper. They use this flipper to move and balance in the water. Most dolphins have a long fins on their backs. The skin color of most dolphins is black, brown or gray. This long tail is called flux. He swims in the water with these flukes. The dolphin is the fastest moving animal in the water. Dolphins have a layer of fat under their skin to keep their bodies warm. Its name is Blobber. This fat layer helps to keep her body temperature right. Even in cold water, this fat keeps his body warm. ***Dolphin chess :*** Dolphins eat fish, octopuses, sea turtles and birds with their teeth. What we call killer whales, eat all the other mammals in the water. They have about 250 sharp teeth. With these teeth they catch and eat prey. ***Dolphin breathing :*** Like all mammals, dolphins breathe through their lungs. He has a hole in his head, called a belgahole, which he exhales and breathes again. Dolphins have to get out of the water for one to two minutes in a row to breathe. He has to get out of the water to breathe in and out. Dolphins are always at the top of the ocean, thinking of the benefits of breathing. Now the question may arise, how will the dolphin breathe when it is asleep???? Human respiration is automatic. So even when we sleep, our lungs keep moving automatically. But dolphins are in the water! But the respiration of dolphins is not automatic. How he breathes while sleeping! Dolphin sleep is known through electro encephalography (EEG). In this method, the level of electricity in the brain is determined by attaching a wire to the dolphin's head. The EEG results obtained show that half of the dolphin's brain is active during sleep. Half of the dolphin's brain sleeps for a while, the other half sleeps for the next escape. At least half of their brains are always awake, so they float at the time needed even in their sleep to breathe. Occasionally, dolphins are seen floating in a light dull state around the surface of the water and circling. This is their sleeping state. ***Similarity with people :*** If there is one animal that bears the most resemblance to humans, it is the dolphin. As part of social bridges, these marine mammals use their own names to identify who is an enemy and who is an ally. Talking about dolphins like humans Dolphins can make sounds. This is called click sound. In a muddy place in the deep sea where it is very dark, the dolphin makes this sound and can guess by hearing its echo whether there is any obstacle in front of it. Some dolphin species can sing to the tune. Tia, badur, elephants and even apes are able to create a kind of sound on their own which they use as a medium of communication. Dolphins also use whistle signals to maintain contact with themselves. This unique feature of dolphins is rare among other marine animals. Dolphins can mimic special sounds or signals from other marine creatures. And they do it when these animals are not around them. It was not immediately clear why they did so. ***Caring:*** Dolphins are very caring. When someone needs help, he calls for help. Everyone who hears his call rushes to help. When a dolphin is injured or sick, the companions help him to stay afloat so that he does not drown. This collaboration has also made many dolphin humans. There are many such examples, after the shipwreck, the dolphins rescued the people in groups and brought them to shore. ***The social animal is the dolphin:*** Among the Marine animals, one of the most beloved animals is the dolphin. Everyone is a fan of its intelligence and sociable behavior. They like to be close to people. So scientists are making every effort to use dolphins for human welfare. The dolphin is an intelligent animal. Like monkeys, they can use different tools if given training. Even some recent studies have shown that baby dolphins can learn from adult dolphins, just as humans do. Recently, dolphins have been used for psychiatric treatment. Extremely sociable and agile, this creature helps people with mental retardation, "Down Syndrome" and autism to recover. Military training is given to dolphins. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. They are used to rescue people in search of sunken ships. This ever-moving creature is also used as a moving camera. The navy is also guarding the border by controlling their movement through proper training. ***Dolphin sanctuary has been established in Bangladesh :*** A huge sanctuary of about nine thousand dolphins of seven species, including the rare Irrawaddy, is now in Bangladesh. Even five years ago, the habitat of this dolphin in the eastern Sundarbans area of Bagerhat was unknown to many. It is now known to animal-nature lovers and researchers around the world as a dolphin sanctuary. Dolphins alone attract a large number of eco-tourists every year. Prior to June 2009, Irrawaddy dolphins were on the world's endangered species list. Domestic and foreign animal experts from the World Life Conservation Society, NY and the Bangladesh Sitasin Diversity Project conducted extensive research in the Bay of Bengal, including the East Sundarbans. In addition to the Irrawaddy, they found six species of dolphins and one species of whale. The discovery of Irabati, who was lost from the world, in Bangladesh was then discussed among zoologists. Irrawaddy rose overnight from the World Life Conservation Society's list of 'extinct' species to 'endangered' list. But sadly, on the one hand, as their sanctuaries are being set up in other countries of the world like Bangladesh, the number of this interesting and useful animal is decreasing day by day. Water pollution, food shortages and even the collision of big ships every year kill a lot of dolphins. The existence of dolphins is also endangered due to unauthorized entry of people into the natural habitat of dolphins. As a result of human intervention, their habitat and food storage areas are declining and they are getting sick due to water pollution. Moreover, the number of dolphins for illegal hunting of unscrupulous people is decreasing day by day. Which is very worrying! Gangetic dolphins are the main freshwater dolphins of Bangladesh. Irrawaddy and Gangetic dolphins are easily seen in the rivers of the Sundarbans. Domestic and foreign tourists come to the Sundarbans and are fascinated by the somersaults of Irrawaddy and Gangetic dolphins. But these two species of dolphins are currently endangered all over the world including Bangladesh. ***Intelligent dolphin:*** Self-awareness and how to reduce pain and suffering are just some of the things that people do with their intellect, just as dolphins can react. In addition to the nature of human beings to be in harmony with each other, it is also found in the nature of dolphins. In other words, as previously thought, dolphins are more intelligent than many mammals, they actually have more intelligence than that. Meanwhile the ratio of the size of the human brain and the brain of dolphins is almost the same. And so the amount of their intelligence is also close to human. Evidence has also been found that dolphins each have a different name. Which they express by sounding like a kind of different whistle. Just as it helps a lost sailor to find shore at sea, dolphins come to the rescue of people from predators such as sharks when a ship sinks in the deep sea. Dolphin armor made around the sinking sailor. So where the dolphins meet, there are a lot of sailors. Interestingly, they are very friendly with children. Dolphins also have the intelligence to identify boys, girls or children. They are imitative and can easily understand different shapes. So in many countries dolphins are shown in funny games in oceanariums or water parks. In addition, fishermen often take the help of dolphins in fishing in the sea. The intelligent creature chases the swarm of fish and leads it towards the prison net. There are also reports of drowning sailors carrying dolphins on their backs to shore. Corona has found a safe haven for dolphins as rivers and beaches have become less crowded. In mid-March, a large herd of dolphins was spotted near the Cox's Bazar beach. Large teams of 25 to 30. Pink dolphins, wingless paraphernalia, whirling dolphins and humpbacked dolphins — what was not! All deep sea dolphins. At the end of 15 days we saw the opposite reaction again. Fishermen killed a few dolphins. Dolphins are the main resource of the river or sea. The condition of the river can be estimated by looking at the dolphins. The part of the river where there are more dolphins, there are also more fish. If there are dolphins, fish breeding is better. The quality of water is also good. Fishermen also know that they get more fish because they have these animals. The presence of dolphins means that the aquatic environment is much more normal. There are seven species of dolphins and one species of periwinkle in Bangladesh. Of these, the only real freshwater dolphin is the Gangetic dolphin. They live in almost every major freshwater river in Bangladesh. The animal is now endangered on the IUCN red list worldwide. However, their condition in Bangladesh is not bad yet. There are about 225 dolphins in one Sundarbans. Thousands of other rivers, about one-third of the world. Another species of dolphin is the Irrawaddy dolphin. Although the animal is on the endangered list all over the world, they are not bad in Bangladesh. The other four species of dolphins and one species of paraphernalia are all sea dolphins. Their presence is quite good in the deep sea, especially in the Swatch of No Ground. Why are there so many dolphin families in Corona? That is why the movement of people is less. Even fishermen have come down less to fish. The lower the net, the more space for dolphins to roam. Bangladesh is riverine. And the main animal of the river is dolphin. Corona pointed a finger at his eyes to see if they could move freely in a good environment. The Bangladesh government has declared nine sanctuaries for dolphin conservation. Such initiatives to protect dolphins are very rare in the world. If we can protect them as a sanctuary, the dolphins will be able to play. Fish production in the river will also increase. Satellites invented in the scientific process launched into space *Hello, friends, This is* @BRISTY1820 *. Today, I will present infornt of everyone a new article. There will be explained about the whole story of artificial satellite .* Don’t forget like, comment and subscribe, if you like my article. ***What is Satellite??***?? A satellite is an object in space that is launched from the earth. It orbits the earth or any other planet and provides various information to the earth from outside the earth i.e. from space. The only satellite on Earth is called the Moon. The moon orbits the earth all the time. Man-made satellites also continue to orbit around space. However, it is in a specific orbit. Man-made satellites come in many shapes and sizes. Sometimes it takes months or even years to build a satellite. During this long period of time, various experiments are being carried out to see if it can stand properly or adapt to the difficult environment of space. *****Efficiency of the satellite :***** The satellite is sent into orbit via a cargo bay of a rocket or space shuttle. Inertial Guidance System (IGS) mechanism is used to control the rocket during launch. To cross the Earth's gravity, the rocket has to run at a speed of 25,039 miles per hour. If the effect of the Earth's gravity on the orbital motion and its inertia during the installation of the satellite cannot be adjusted, the satellite may return to the surface due to the pull of the gravity. For this, the satellite is orbited at an altitude of 150 miles at a speed of about 16,000 miles per hour. The speed will depend on how high the satellite is above the earth. The satellite, located 22,223 miles above the earth, rotates around the earth at a speed of 600 miles per hour. Satellites also orbit the earth 24 hours a day. However, geostationary satellites remain in one place. These are used for weather and communication purposes. In Earth orbit, satellites revolve in elliptical ways. Different types of satellites are usually sent in orbits with an altitude of 80-1,200 miles. How high the satellite will sit depends on the type of work. Science satellites are deployed at altitudes of 30,000 to 6,000 miles to study plants and animals, wildlife surveys, astronomy and physics. The Gobal Positioning System (GPS) satellite is placed at an altitude of 6,000 to 12,000 miles. The characteristics and structure of each type of satellite are the same. However, all satellites usually have some similarities. *****Parts of satellite :***** The body of the satellite is a made of metal hybrid frame. It contains all the equipment of the satellite. Each satellite has solar cells and batteries for storing energy. Its power system processes are always monitored from the earth. The satellite has an onboard computer that controls it and monitors various systems. Another basic feature of a satellite is its radio system and antenna. *****History of Satellite :***** On December 16, 1954, the then-Soviet Russian rocket scientist ***Sergei Korlov*** told Dmitry Austinov, head of the Defense Department, about plans to launch an artificial satellite into space. And began designing rockets to send the satellite into Earth orbit. At ***6:19 pm*** on ***October 4, 1958, Soviet Russia*** successfully launched the first satellite, ***Sputnik-1*** . The satellite named Sputnik-1 was an iron sphere of 56 cm. It had four radio antennas and was able to send radio frequencies to Earth. It stopped transmitting data on October 26, 1958, when the battery ran out. However, it was in orbit around the surface of the earth for about three months. In these three months, the artificial satellite traveled 70 million miles around the earth. Finally, on January 4, 1956, scientists destroyed it. While traveling in its own orbit, its speed was 29,000 kilometers or 18,000 miles per hour. It took 96 minutes and two seconds to orbit the earth once in a given orbit. During the orbit, the artificial satellite was located at a minimum distance of 215 km and a maximum distance of 939 km from the surface of the earth. It weighed 83.6 kilograms. The Soviet artificial satellite ***Vostok-1*** orbited the Earth for the first time with humans. The man who first went into space was ***Yuri Gagarin***. He was a citizen of the Soviet Union. He orbited the Earth on 12 April 1971 on Vostok-1. The first ***Soviet female astronaut, Valentina Tereskova***, flew into space in 1973 on an artificial satellite called ***Stock-6***. The Intelset-1 artificial satellite is sent as a communications satellite for commercial use. Landset-1 is the first satellite sent for remote sensing. It was sent in 1982. The first artificial satellite, the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project, was launched into space in 1985 to establish international connectivity. So far, different countries of the world have sent thousands of artificial satellites into space. Hundreds of artificial satellites are currently in use, and thousands of unused artificial satellites or parts of them are orbiting the earth as debris in space. *****Satellite's orbit:***** The orbital path in which satellites revolve in space is called orbit. This orbit can be divided into three parts according to the height from the surface. 1. Lower orbit, its altitude is 1240 miles or 2,000 kilometers above the earth's surface. 2. Central orbit, with an elevation of 2,000 km to 35.6 km above the earth's surface. 3. High orbit, with an elevation 35.7 km to Infinite above the earth's surface. *****Types of satellites:***** Each satellite is designed for a specific task. Satellites can be divided into several parts based on specific functions. *****Weather Satellite:***** These satellites are used for weather monitoring. This satellite captures the weather of the earth. Such as TIROS, COSMOS and GEOS satellites *****Communication satellite:***** Communication satellite is the exchange of signals or information through satellites. It also includes broadcasting satellites. This communication is also called space communication. The satellite has an antenna system, a transmitter and a transmitter, a power supply and a receiver and a receiver. Now if a satellite is 35.6 km. When placed at a height, the satellite rotates with the earth at the same time, meaning that the satellite revolves around the earth in such a way that it takes 24 hours to revolve around the earth once and since the earth also revolves around itself once, it will feel stationary relative to the earth. This type of satellite is then called a geostationary satellite and this orbit is called a geostationary orbit. This orbit is most suitable for communication but one of the disadvantages of this orbit is that a communication satellite placed in this orbit cannot cover the whole earth due to the curvature of the earth. To cover the whole earth, three satellites have to be placed in this orbit. If all three satellites are in a geo-stationary orbit at an angle of 120 degrees to each other, it is possible to cover the entire earth at the same time. *****Navigation Satellite:***** These satellites are used to detect and navigate aircraft and ocean liners. Such as the GPSNAVSTAR satellite. And GPS is a satellite based navigation system. A GPS system is a network of 24 satellites capable of continuously sending information and images of any location on Earth at any time and in any weather. *****Military Satellite:***** These satellites are used for military purposes only. Its main functions are nuclear monitoring, radar imaging, photography and enemy movement monitoring. *****Number of satellites in space:***** The Soviet Union was the first to successfully launch the Sputnik-1 satellite into space in 1956 with the help of the Sputnik-PS rocket. Then the United States and other countries were able to send. So far, thousands of satellites have been launched from more than 50 countries, but only 10 countries in the world have been able to launch satellites into space with their own technology and from their own launch sites. Countries are the Soviet Union (1958), the United States (1958), France (1965), Japan (1970), China (1970), the United Kingdom (1961), India (1960), Israel (196), Ukraine (1992) and Iran ( 2009). Currently, the number of satellites orbiting in space is 1071. And the funny thing is that 50 percent of it has been launched by the United States. Bangladesh was launched its first satellite named ***Bangabandhu-1*** in December 2017 and through this Bangladesh has started its journey in space science. Earlier, Bangladesh BRAC had launched a nano-satellite and was exchanging information.

A shining example of humanity is the British Captain Tom Moore, a centenarian soldier Hello friends, This is @BRISTY1820 Today,I have come up with a new article which is called "***A shining example of humanity is the British Captain Tom Moore, a centenarian soldier***." Don’t forget to like, comment and subscribe me , if you like my article. There is no way to say that the world is moving forward. As the day progresses, so the pace of progress is increasing. Many advances have been made in the fields of technological development, science, information technology, modernity, glamor, visual modernization, infrastructural development, etc. There is no room for doubt. But the question is ... what is the main reason behind this development ???? What is our point of view ??? Humanitarian or commercial ????. The simple answer is that we have a commercial vision at the heart of this development. So if we look at the world from a commercial point of view, it can be said that the world is moving forward ... but it can be said that there is no progress in the human side. It is not desirable for us to rely only on instruments, to advance technology but not humanity. The commercial view has been established today in such a way that the people of the society just see what a person is doing by earning money! It is easy to be established in the society with the help of a lot of money. But the society does not test the way people earned money !! And the spread of this culture has led to growing instability around the world. Exploitation, deprivation and inequality are increasing at a faster rate than the geometric rate. Where is the end of this deprivation - no one can say. In order to ensure the real welfare of the people, the human aspect must be expanded. In the present world system, we have to get out of the relentless effort to expand the commercial outlook by excluding humanity. First we have to establish a humane attitude, then we have to think of commercialism. Only then will the welfare of the people be achieved. And this will ensure the welfare of the country and the nation. Recently, a ***great hero*** set a shining example all over the world. He is none other than ***Tom Moore***, a ***centenarian soldier.*** Another identity of Tom Moore, a centenarian retired private officer, is that he was a ***captain*** in the ***British Army*** during ***World War II***. At this age, he thinks of raising funds on foot from the urge to do something for the people. Tom lives in Marston Morettein, Bedfordshire, UK. Tom Moore was born in West Worcestershire, United Kingdom. He joined the British Army in 1940 at the age of 20. One year later, on the twenty-first birthday, the second lieutenant passed. He later served in India and was promoted to the rank of Captain. Tom came up with the idea of raising funds with the encouragement of his younger daughter Hannah. At the same time gratitude to the NHS also works. Because, he gets excellent treatment for various diseases including skin cancer. And that is from the NHS. ***On April 6,2020***, he planned to walk in the back garden of his house. It may seem that this work is nothing ! However, it is not at all easy for a 99-year-old man to walk every day at a height of 82 feet. Because, he has to take the help of a kind of walker for walking. Yet Tom did not hesitate. About 4 core pounds has been raised from that walk. Hannah opened a fundraising page in her father's name on Instagram and created a Just Giving account. Their initial goal was to raise a thousand pounds. However, 4 million is credited to the account in a week. Tom Moore has made many times more money than he expected. About 160,000 people have extended a helping hand. And fathers and daughters are overwhelmed by this love of a large number of people. Tom Moore, the hero of World War II, raised 4 million by walking in the garden on his 100th birthday to help Britain's National Health Service (NHS) fight the pandemic coronavirus. His example of humanity at this age shook the whole world. Tom Moore was ***knighted*** on ***July 17, 2020*** by ***Queen Elizabeth II,*** a 94-year-old British woman, for his ***humanitarian efforts to encourage health workers in the wake of the coronavirus epidemic.*** A unique ceremony was held at Windsor Castle to honor him with the knighthood. Tom Moore was promoted to honorary colonel on the occasion of his 100th birthday. This time he got the knighthood directly from the queen. A knight is a person who receives an honorary title from a ruler or country in recognition of his work, especially for military service, given by that ruler or other political leader. Historically, cavalry warriors in Europe were usually awarded knighthoods. In the Middle Ages, knighthood was considered a lower class elite. Towards the end of the Middle Ages, this hierarchy became known as an indicator of heroism. The knight is basically a feudal lord who collects his revenue as a warrior of an aristocratic man. We should all stand by the people with humanity.
The way I have learned to give dignity to labor If you want to be successful in any job, you have to work hard, there is nothing new to say about this. But if hard work is considered hard and if one is just forced to work hard, then success is not guaranteed even after hard work. If you work hard, inspired by a deep desire, it becomes enjoyable. The more you work, the happier you will be. Hard work will become natural. Let's look at physical exercise as an example. For those who exercise regularly, exercise becomes a part of their daily life. They feel good after exercise, if not, they feel bad. Since I am not accustomed to regular exercise, it is difficult for me. The difference here is that I exercise occasionally on the advice of a doctor and the gymnasts do it out of habit. When a catastrophe strikes suddenly in the life of a person, the conventional thinking does not find the possibility of liberation from the catastrophe, then new thinking arises. Today’s epidemic has forced us to look at many new perspectives. Before this epidemic, very few people understood the importance of the work of various service-related workers, transport workers, agricultural workers. When many countries in the Western world came under lockdown due to the epidemic, we realized how essential they were. When we are at home to protect our own health and the health of others, these brave workers were working at the risk of being exposed to a terrible virus. Many of them have died due to the virus. If they all lived within the boundaries of home security like us, the production and supply of essential food would have stopped, there would have been a shortage of medicines, and the supply of water and electricity would have been disrupted. We would face an unimaginable catastrophe and the consequences would be far more devastating than the deaths caused by the coronavirus. Generally many agree, we should respect any labor. But everyone has a bias towards the type of work. We give more importance to some work. These biases should be completely removed from the mind after experiencing this epidemic. Apart from personal work, most of the work requires a concerted effort. The more important the work, the greater the need for the cooperation of others. The successful completion of a complex project requires a combination of contributions from people of different skills and backgrounds. He is in charge of coordinating the leadership of the project. Only those who are able to gain the trust and respect of colleagues can give good leadership. So you must have empathy for colleagues. No matter what their job is, it is important for the project. Because the project will not be completed without their participation. If someone thinks that their work is not being evaluated properly, then the risk of loss of quality of work will increase. My father's knowledge always fascinated me. From a young age, he used to give me the opportunity to gain various work experiences. I went to England for summer vacation and worked as a waiter in an Indian restaurant so that I could earn enough money to improve my standard of living. The problem is that I had no experience in this work. Still, seeing my determination and self-confidence, one agreed to give me a chance. Given this opportunity, I did my best to be a good waiter. I saw myself as a waiter at work, not as a student. In a very short time I was able to become a good waiter for this attitude. As a result, I no longer had difficulty finding work during the summer holidays. Because of my skill and dedication, I worked as the highest paid waiter in a well-known restaurant during the summer holidays. Many may not value this experience. But this success was very important to me. Not only have my needs been met, but also I have learned a lot from this experience. I learned to work with colleagues whose educational and social positions were very different from mine. I realized the importance of their work, learned to respect them. Understood, I could not do my job without their cooperation. Again, if the kitchen chef had not cooked well, good food would not have been served. Above all, this experience has strengthened the dignity of any kind of labor in my mind. Last of all it can say that, respect all kinds of labor. Learn to show your respect and admiration to everyone. You will see that you can perform any task with joy and enthusiasm. The path to success will be easier.
Sejuti Saha, a Bangladeshi microbiologist, is currently a consultant to the WHO ***Bangladeshi microbiologist Senjuti Saha*** has been made a member of the ***World Health Organization's (WHO) Polio Transition Independent Monitoring Board (TIMB)***. This is the first time any Bangladeshi has been made a member of this board. Sheila Letharman, a professor in the Department of Public Health at the University of North Carolina in the United States, and Lola Dyer, a Nigerian physician, have been appointed with Senjuti. The World Health Organization's TIMB project works primarily to prevent the spread of polio worldwide. The WHO has been working on the polio situation since its approval in May 2018. Senjuti Saha, along with two other members of the board, will be advising on the progress of the polio transmission process at the WHO Director General level. For the first time, an organization called Child Health Research Foundation has returned to discover the genetic secret of corona in Bangladesh. Leading the study of the discovery of the secret of this gene, the ***renowned microbiologist Dr. Sameer Kumar Saha and his daughter. Sejunti Saha.*** As a result, the nature and capabilities of the virus in Bangladesh will be known. The rapid transformation of the virus can also be understood through this genome sequence. Which will help to prevent corona infections. It will also be useful to discover the antidote to corona. Senjuti's father, Professor Sameer Saha, is also a microbiologist and head of the microbiology department at Dhaka Children's Hospital. The role of these fathers and daughters in reducing infant mortality in low-income countries cannot be described in a words! They are both children of masterpieces of Chandpur. These two scientists already have a good reputation in the international arena for their research in medical science. There is a lot of international recognition in the record of achievement. This Senjuti, the woman I have been talking about for so long, is a microbiologist and an activist. Everyone in the world should have an equal right to practice science and enjoy the benefits of science. But we often see that developed countries benefit a lot more than us and they are involved in the decision making process. They are human beings, and we who live in the low-developed countries are human beings. If they can qualify themselves for all decisions, then why can't we????? We have to be able to do that . We have to stand with our heads high in the chest of the world, we have to represent the country and present the country in front of the whole world. And for that we need to think about how to speak up for developing countries like ours. And this achievement of microbiologist Sejuti Saha as the representative of Bangladesh is not only her achievement, but also the achievement of the whole of Bangladesh. I am proud of her.
Unknown world : Space science Do you know how big the sky really is? How many great scholars, astronomers have spent years trying to measure its size. How many kinds of the accounts have been calculated. But where is the border? Space research has been going on for ages. Incredible how much has been written about that space. Out of our sight, this distant sky is space. And if this space is compared to the sea, then our earth will be a drop of water in its chest. And the hundreds of billions of people that live on the face of the earth seem to be tiny germs. The special thing that catches our eye in the distant sky is the sun. It is so bright during the day that it cannot be looked at well. In the morning or evening it becomes like a reddish. Do you know how big this sun is from the earth? Listen guys, if 13 million earths are brought together then it will be equal to the sun! It looks so small because the sun is so far away. The distance of the sun from the earth is 93 million miles. As a kilometer, it is 14 crore 96 lakh 30 thousand kilometers. And with this sun in the middle, our earth revolves around it. Not just the Earth, but many other celestial bodies like the Earth are orbiting the Sun. We call them planets. The vast expanse of space beyond the solar system is littered with countless points of light that we call stars. With the naked eye we can see three thousand stars from one hemisphere of the earth. But if you look through binoculars, the amount is many times more. Scientists have found hundreds of billions of stars. But the amount is more. According to scientists, these are larger in size than the Sun. Maybe several times! Scientists have come up with a star called ***'Mira***', which can be filled with three thousand nine hundred billion Earths like ours! There is a cluster of stars called Hercules, which is measured from one corner to the other by multiplying 3600 by 56060000. Many people are dizzy! But this is true. You all know that the highest place in the world is Mount Everest. 5 miles from land or sea level. And the sun is 93 million miles away. Many of you do not know that we do not see the sun when it appears in the sky of the earth. See you after 7 minutes! That means it takes eight minutes for sunlight to reach the earth. The speed of light is 1 lakh 6 thousand miles per second. You can tell how long it will take for light to come to Earth from the nearest star we see. Four years and three months! Now calculate how long it would take for the distant stars to get the light if the light condition of the nearest star was like this. Every night we look up at the sky and see how bright they are. The stars we see at night are not the stars of that time, they departed one day long ago. Then he came running and appeared before our eyes. On the day that light left, there may not have been any human beings on earth. Maybe a giant animal would roam the world. Not only planets but also how many more bright astronomical stars orbit. Many have heard the name of the nebula. The nebula is actually a burning object. They rule over billions of miles of space. One wonders how big a nebula can be. The farthest thing in space is the nebula. From which it will take 500 million years for light to come to the earth! Just as the earth is the inhabitant of space, so are eight other planets orbiting the sun like the earth. The closest planets to the Sun are Mercury, then Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn , Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. In space, the kingdom of the sun, the kingdom of the planets is beyond the kingdom of the stars. The stars are much larger than the planets. We can't tell the difference because the planets and the stars look the same to us. In fact, our solar system is made up of innumerable constellations, planets, planets and the sun. And the creation of all this is from that nebula. There are also meteors, comets. How many more inhabitants of space. Many of which remain unknown.
Success is a journey, not a destination Success is a word desired by all. But what does success mean? Success is the attainment of money, power, prestige, honor, acquaintance or desired degree etc. or does it mean something else? If a rich and powerful person is unhappy or dissatisfied with himself at the end of the day, can he be called successful? In fact, the word success is very personal in its own way and varies from person to person. However, it can be said that the development of the possibilities that every human being is born with endless possibilities, its application in life and the sense of contentment is the measure of the life of a successful person. That is, success means the realization of a person's dreams and aspirations. Successful people are in control of almost every single moment of their lives, relationships and livelihoods, and their work plays a positive role in society or in the lives of others. Is there really a formula for success? Yes, there is. Many of us have the idea that ‘talent’ is the key to success. In other words, only a talented person gets the desired word of success. But more important than merit is the personality or character traits of the person. The personality of a person is formed by combining the characteristics of a person's life and way of looking at himself, ability to cope with stress, foresight, self-confidence, type of thoughts and emotions, etc. The type of personality along with merit plays a very important role in reaching the desired goal. A person's way of thinking, positive outlook on life, self-control, belief in himself and his work, etc., make him unique among many. This unique feature is the key to success. Success simply means meeting goals. So first figure out how you want to see yourself in life or how others will remember you. Focus on what you love or what you want or what you are good at, rather than what others want you to do. Work that you do not love or enjoy, work that you do not believe in, work can be continued for a long time, but it is difficult to see success in that work. Social skills increase people’s communication with people and play a role in building strong social networks. The difficult path to success is somewhat easier, if social communication or acceptance is good. We get many jobs through people, most of the opportunities come from someone's hand. Social networks not only provide a sense of security, but also boost our confidence and courage in dealing with problems. Not only that, the presence of people helps us to open new windows of our psyche, helps us to understand ourselves. The only way to increase social skills is to socialize. So make old relationships stronger. Acknowledge minor imperfections in the relationship. Meet new people, give them time, get to know them, get to know yourself. While it is easy to blame others for your own failures, it will not change your life. The attitude of taking full responsibility for any good or bad event in life is one of the main conditions for success. In other words, take responsibility for your life achievement, quality of relationship, professional position, mental and physical health, financial condition without blaming others. Putting the responsibility of your life on others means handing over control of the good and bad of your life to others. Only 'you' can change your life. So if you want to change something, change it first. Change your thinking, your behavior, your strategy, your attitude, your type of work, your behavior. And all this is under your control. However, the matter is not so simple, taking responsibility on oneself is not so easy. This means the courage to change your habits for many days. So leave the current job if necessary and find something new. Talk to your partner about complications. Believe in intuition. Seek the help of others. Help others. Learn to say no to peer pressure. Start walking with body care, give time to study etc. Mental preparation is a very important subject, which helps us to take any subject easily or prevent us from getting too confused. There is a need to be mentally prepared for the good and bad consequences of any challenge. Not only this, with the help of fire you can do welding. It is important to remember that favorable conditions can be unfavorable at any time. Just as it is necessary to be mentally prepared for any situation, good or bad, then facing challenges, the mentality of simply accepting anything good or bad helps us to move forward. The trap of success will come in your life. These traps can often distract you from the goal. For example, you may want to be a skilled physician, but a handful of money on the go can deviate from your goal. So you have to figure out how much money you will receive. Remember that life will give you feedback on your work in many ways. So stop the busyness occasionally and pay attention around. Deterioration of business, declining grades, deteriorating relationships, feeling unwell, getting bogged down in work are all some kind of ‘warning signals’ in life that tell you to pay more attention to these things. The path to a specific goal in your life will not always be in your favor. Sometimes you stumble or fall or fail. If you want to get a taste of success in any subject, stick to it despite hundreds of obstacles. The biggest challenge of sticking to this is small and big failures, human mistakes, discouragement etc. By overcoming these obstacles naturally, the more he continues to do his work, the faster he will move towards the desired result. Being stuck with failure or having a small mind about it means wasting time on your path to success. The word ignore is easy but it is often difficult to apply in life. Unwavering trust in the goal, love, faith teaches to ignore all these. The success that comes from meeting goals is only a part of the game of life. In this game you will always have the ball on your feet or you will continue to move forward, it may or may not. In order to reach the desired goal in the game, sometimes you have to go on the backfoot, sometimes you have to put the ball on the feet of others, so here too. So go backfoot from time to time if necessary to go to the desired goal. Give others a chance. Take a break if necessary. Observe, change your strategy. Walking the path of life but not the 100 meter race, where to go a certain distance one has to be first second in the competition with many. It’s like running a marathon, where the key is how far you have reached, how long you have survived. In this long race, sometimes you will fall behind your fellow passengers, sometimes you will run in parallel, sometimes you will move forward. It doesn't matter who you are ahead of or behind, it is important to know how far you have come in this long journey. Your morale to move forward, your willpower, your ability to accept temporary setbacks along the way, everything will take you forward at once. Remember, success is not the key to happiness, but happiness is one of the key to success. So stick to the job you love. Success will come along the path of your love. Because behind every successful man there's a lot of unsuccessful years. Don't forget like, comment and subscribe me, if you like my article.
Come to the Museum, learn your heritage: 😍Chittagong University museum😍 What is a museum??? The answer is that museums are a source of knowledge. Museums are the mirror of society. A museum is a collection of history, heritage, education and culture of a nation. The roots of the nation can be traced by looking at one of the elements in this collection. The light of tradition shines on the material. The light that illuminates, inspires, enlightens the people of the northern generation. They can know the culture and glorious time of the ancestors. In this glorious time there are flowing rivers, nature-cosmos, flowers-birds, man, his behavior, expression, speech or life story of his life, various elements used by him, his melody and tone. Where these voices are brought from different corners of history and presented, it is the collection of a prosperous nation or an independent country. This museum or collection not only inspires the people of the country, but also inspires people of different races or different classes and natures of different countries. From here they get direct education, so in this 21st century the museum is called the People's University. The National Museum of Bangladesh also contains various elements of thousands of years of history, tradition and culture of the Bengali nation. 1971 is the year of the greatest bend in the history of the Bengali nation beyond the blood-stairs of 1952. It was in this war that the Bengali nation broke the shackles of subjugation by shedding the blood of one of its rivers and brought the sun of freedom. Although the age of independence is close to half a century, the cultural heritage of Bengalis is about two and a half thousand years. A museum is a building or institution that houses a collection of archeological artifacts. The museum collects and preserves objects of scientific, artistic and historical importance and displays them to the public permanently or temporarily by placing them in an exhibition base or display case. Most of the world's largest museums are located in major cities. However, local museums can be seen in small towns and rural areas. ***The Chittagong University Museum*** is the only ***academic museum*** in Bangladesh that primarily assists students and researchers in teaching and research on human history, art, and culture, collecting, preserving, exhibiting, and creating opportunities for basic research in archeology, history, and ancient art, it is located in the natural area of Chittagong University campus in Hathazari upazila of the district. It is considered to be the only art museum in Chittagong and one of the public universities in the country. The current permanent collection of the museum is about a hundred, containing various collections of prehistoric and archeological sculptures, folk art, Islamic and contemporary art, and specimens of modern art of Bangladesh. The museum was established in 1973 at the initiative of the Chittagong University authorities to provide research materials and facilities as an academic museum. Besides, the museum is run with the aim of stimulating the public interest and encouraging the enjoyment of the history, archeology and industrial heritage of Bangladesh. The process of establishing the Chittagong University Museum was originally started on November 26, 1986. The University of Chittagong started its journey on the same day. Although the museum was officially opened by the university's history department on June 14, 1983. The idea for the museum was born out of an exhibition of 24 antiquities at the inauguration of the university. Mumtaz Hasan, then president of the Pakistan Museum Association and managing director of the National Bank of Pakistan, donated the exhibits to university authorities. Renowned historian and archaeologist Azizur Rahman Mallick, the first Vice-Chancellor of the University, and eminent historian and then Additional Professor and Head of the Department of History at the University and later Vice-Chancellor Abdul Karim actively took the initiative to collect the archeology from this idea. The museum is currently run by a total of seven officials, including a director, an exhibition officer, a senior cataloguer, a library assistant, two gallery caretakers and a senior research assistant. Initially, the museum started its journey in a small space in a room on the second floor of the Faculty of Arts and Anthropology building of the university. Later, for some time, museum activities were conducted in two rooms on the ground floor of the building in a larger area than before. The museum was then operated on a small scale at Chittagong Kalabhavan (now District Shilpakala Academy) on Maulana Mohammad Ali Road in Chittagong city and then relocated to the fourth floor of the administrative building of the university. After a total of five relocations, the museum was officially reopened on August 10, 1992 in a two-stored building on the west side of the present Chittagong University Library building for permanent exhibition. After various temporary locations, in 1992, the Chittagong University Museum was permanently relocated to the present University premises, a two-stored building. Although the museum's collection began with four medieval cannons, it is now more than a hundred. There are five galleries for exhibition on the second floor of the museum building. Although the discovery of evidence of prehistoric material in this region of the subcontinent is rare, the Chittagong University Museum has been aware of the collection of prehistoric archeology since its inception and started the ***'Prehistoric and Archaeological Gallery***' collection. The gallery houses multiple terracotta plaques, metal paintings, ornate bricks, clay sculptures, antique coins, beads and pottery. An ancient specimen of this museum is considered to be a ***tertiary fish-fossil*** gift from the Nasirabad hills in Chittagong metropolis. These ancient fossils are considered to be helpful in the study and research of the natural history of the region. A large part of the museum contains sculptures from the main archeological sites of Mainamati, Chittagong Division, which are included in the academic subjects of this university. On the other hand, 51 antiquities of Mainamati have been borrowed by the Chittagong University Museum from the director of the Bangladesh National Museum. At present it is also part of the museum's collection of artefacts from the Mahasthangarh and Paharpur archeological sites. There are also rare specimens with pictures of prehistoric life in Bengal. At the corner of the gallery is a ***dittaram*** exhibition of primitive life, depicting the daily life of primitive families in the ***Sitakunda hills of Chittagong.*** In the museum, there is a library named ***'Abdul Karim Literary Scholar Cell Library'*** in honor of eminent Bengali writer and medieval manuscript collector ***Abdul Karim***. There are rare beads written on palm leaves and tulle paper. The library is rich in about 4,000 ancient books and 2,000 valuable documents. This cell has a unique place in the library called ***"Chittagong*** ***Corner"***, especially for the collection of books related to the Chittagong region. ***Organizing various exhibitions of these documents along with other collections of Chittagong University Museum is a matter of interest to scholars, teachers, students, and the general public.*** Also in 1997, at the ***Silver Jubilee*** celebrations of ***Bangladesh's independence,*** a booklet containing a list of documents was published in a special exhibition entitled ***"Special Exhibition of Liberation War Documents"***. There are also rare documents of the War of Liberation, commemorative books and various publications on the students of Chittagong University who were killed in the War of Liberation. The museum has its own website. Anyone from anywhere in the world will find the latest information on museums on this website. The number of visitors to the museum is constantly increasing. Because visitors come to the museum to look for their roots. The museum also appeals to visitors, especially the new generation, to ‘come to the museum, learn your heritage’. Bring your child to the museum. Help them learn about their heritage. Because they are the future leaders of the nation, they will carry forward the rich culture of Bengalis. The museum is truly a meadow of culture and tradition. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to study at ***Chittagong university.*** Thanks to Almighty God for giving me a great opportunity to read as well as know the heritage of our country. The greatness of fruition Everyone wants to see success in every step of life; But, how many can reach the golden age of that success? Very few, isn't it? But why? Everyone is human, the one who reaches the golden age of success is no longer one of the planets! Or one who has received divine power. So what are some of the qualities to be successful? Yes, there are certain qualities that must be acquired in order to be successful. Today I will share some of my opinions with you. First of all, I can, believe this : If there is no faith in the mind that I can, then there is danger. As can be seen, due to lack of proper self-confidence, one has to fail at work even with all one's ability. Therefore, we must always maintain a positive attitude. We have to believe, ‘ we can change everything the way we think. Research has shown that those who have such a positive attitude are more likely to succeed. Relying on your own ability: Studies have shown that when a person has full confidence in his or her abilities, he or she can perform the task better than his or her actual ability. Yes, it is important to rely on one's own ability to succeed in any endeavour. Elimination of negative attitudes: Promise after reading this article that we will not have false fears or extra negative thoughts about anything else. Different kinds of bad things can happen to us at different times in life. But, what does it mean to come back to any work thinking about them unnecessarily! It is not right to draw conclusions from ordinary events. For example, suppose you fell off a bicycle one afternoon and were injured. But, wouldn't you ride your bike in the afternoon for fear of getting hurt? I know you won't do that at all! So, the false fear is no more from today. Don’t responsible yourself for everything: One of the most important things about success is not feeling responsible for everything. Explaining the matter a little, it is actually a kind of trap of the mind. For example: Suppose you are playing football on the playground. At one point in the game, a friend standing next to you got hurt. Apparently there is nothing wrong with you. In such a situation, if you feel responsible, then there will be difficulties . Many times our minds find ourselves responsible / guilty to various actions for which we are not actually responsible. So, be careful about this - Everything will think logically and we will work with a cold head, considering all aspects of any event**.** Not making any sudden decision: If we make a sudden decision about something and later our idea is proved wrong, it will not be possible to change our previous attitude towards that event. So, if we want to come to a conclusion about something,we have to look at the evidence first, then we have to establish our own opinion only after judging everything by reasoning. For example, if a person thinks that a person is not good by looking at a dress without any evidence, and if you treat that person badly with this attitude, then it will be unjust. First you need to know that the person is really good or bad. To build this habit - take a break before reaching a decision directly on any matter. Think and again think, then come to a conclusion. Talk to your mind, create some questions and find out the answers to the questions from yourself. Try to understand yourself first. So, guys, finally i would like to say one more thing that my writing style in English is not so good. But I hope everyone understand what I mean or want to say. Failure is the pillar of success and success is a journey, not a destination. So, stay relying on your own ability and understand yourself first. Conservation of biodiversity What is biodiversity??? The original meaning of the word biodiversity is unknown to many people . Most people think of biodiversity as a circle of wildlife. Not really!! The real meaning of this word is diversity of life. Very simple meaning. But even then we don’t understand this simple thing !!!! We know that the whole fauna needs a circle to survive. And that circle is biodiversity. Rich biodiversity is needed to sustain life with food, clothing, shelter and well-being. Natural balance is essential for the survival of all animals and plants, including humans. And to maintain this balance, it is vital that the right number of all animal and plant species survive. Biodiversity must be protected in the interest of human healthy living and normal life. Biodiversity is needed for the survival of present and future generations. Biodiversity is not protected just by conserving a few species in question. In order to protect biodiversity, it is necessary to give equal importance to all kinds of living species. So we can say, the importance of biodiversity is not just for our country; there is a huge need for this biodiversity all over the world. Knowing about biodiversity will make us aware of the importance of this subject just as much as one person will be aware of it by us. By doing so, people will be able to think and be more careful about biodiversity, also be able to warn others as well. We know that the area between Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn near the equator in the world is considered as megadivers. This is where most of the biodiversity can be found. And the position of our Bangladesh in such a region. As such, we can say that we are very lucky. But we have not been able to understand the meaning of the matter till today. Unnecessary destruction of living beings. We are doing this for no reason. That insect or moth does not need to be killed; But we crushed him and threw him under our shoes. We are burning them again. We are harming the biodiversity by setting fire to the forest under the pretext of weed control. It is being done more in hilly areas. Jum farmers are destroying weeds as well as biodiversity by setting fire to the hills. It comes a lot of the time but unintentionally. Those who are doing it do not know how big a crime he is committing..…....... In fact, we did not create such bad habits in one day. We have become accustomed to seeing these things from birth to knowledge. We have to kill an awkward looking insect; that mentality has been created since childhood. We have to kill, our parents too, otherwise the insect can harm me. This mentality has been going on since we were born. Unnecessary killing of wild animals, eating of bird meat or crushing or burning of insects - all these we have been witnessing since childhood; That's what we are doing. Which we can't avoid now. As a result, biodiversity has become a trivial matter for us. We are doing so much destruction because we do not know that our survival is closely linked to it. Our whole country is full of biodiversity. Different types of biodiversity in each region. It is a small country but how many types of insects live in our country. Most of them are rich in biodiversity in the Sundarbans and St. Martin's Island. Despite the expansion of the two Bengal-wide Sundarbans, the area of Bangladesh is 6,017 sq km. On the other hand, the area of West Bengal is 3963 sq km. With a total area of ten thousand square kilometers, the forest has already been ranked as one of the world's 'World Heritage Sites' due to its biodiversity. Many of us think that the Sundarbans is one of the largest mangrove forests in the world and that’s why it take it’s place in World Heritage Site. In fact, it is not entirely correct. The issue of biodiversity has been given priority here. Besides, the size of the forest is also surveyed. The two have helped to find a place in the World Heritage. The Sundarbans is a wild forest. This forest has been recognized as a thrilling jungle by people for ages. And because of the thrill, perhaps the importance of this forest to the tourists. The main reason of this is biodiversity! There is an amazing thing here!!! That is, 40 percent of the world's biodiversity has been found in this Sundarbans. There are a total of 334 species of plants in the Sundarbans. Each of these plants is playing a role in the maintenance of biodiversity. At the same time, it has been sustaining the Sundarbans for thousands of years. St. Martin's Island is next to the Sundarbans. Also on St. Martin's Island, which is rich in biodiversity. An island with a circumference of only 8 square kilometers. But the island is like a paradise of biodiversity. Nowhere else, especially in the small size, such a scenic and abundant species of plants and biodiversity can be found. Another thing to say here is that one of the rarest tortoises in the world is named Olive Turtle. Which can be seen in St. Martin. They lay eggs in St. Martin. However, they have to face various obstacles when it comes to laying eggs. All in all we are proud to be able to live with such an abundance of biodiversity. Although many are not able to understand the essence of it. Most people have the idea that insects should be crushed as soon as they see them. In fact, the insect is helping us to survive in many ways, but we do not feel at all. We have to explain that through propaganda. The importance of this should not only be highlighted on special days, but also the need to always give an idea to the people about the biodiversity of our country, then it can be saved. If we are committed, this huge treasure can last for thousands of years. I, personally think that the government and various NGOs as well as individual initiatives need to come forward to conserve biodiversity. That is the expectation of all of us. After so long? Do you remember?? In fact to mourn, you come to my private conversation. Talk to you soon and keep up the bad content again. I will be sad again. As it turns out, this is better than, how many days / nights would I leave you ...
Move progressively with consistence, not by luck Every human being has to overcome many obstacles to achieve success in life. There are a lot of people who are not able to succeed in life despite facing constant obstacles. Again, there are many who have easily overcome all obstacles and succeeded. No man is born with the magic wand of success in his destiny. One of the magic keys to success in life is hard work. If we have this magic wand, who can stop us from succeeding in life? Hard work is the mother of fortune. Everything is possible as a result of hard work. Man builds his destiny through action. And this hard work brings good luck in human life. So if one thinks of succeeding in life by living a lazy life depending on one's destiny, then it carries the identity of foolishness. If we look back at our daily work .... then what is observed ???? We love to dream, but we are not ready to make that dream come true. Before we do anything we think about what the people around us will say ..... will they laugh at me ...?? will they make fun of me...?? will they hit me ... ??By thinking like this, we are wasting our precious time, which will never come back to us. On the other hand, successful people are in control of almost every single situation. They do work, make mistakes and learn from those mistakes and work on new ventures but they don't know how to lose ...... they never think that the people of the society behind them will criticize them, rather they will improve themselves from their criticism and happy to have the opportunity to take. So if people can dream, then it is possible for people to realize that dream. Because man was not created for defeat, he may be destroyed but not lost. The most important thing for him is faith and trust. We have to believe in ourself, we have to rely on our own ability. Can we really have confidence in ourselves ???? No, we can't !! It is not possible to be happy without enough confidence inspite of humble on our own strength. It is normal for us to face obstacles while working like as some may laugh, some may joke or some may hurt or despise. But if we stop saying so, we will lose, those who criticized us, nothing will be happen to them. So when people of the society say something about us to others, we should not listen to it but should check everything with our own hands. Only then we will be able to reach the pinnacle of success by responding appropriately to their criticism. We must always remember that man never fails, he only comes to a stage and keep thinking that it is not possible for him to move forward, that is the condition we call failure. And this is our biggest weakness and the only obstacle to success. To be successful, we need to try again before accepting the loss.
Self confidence We keep ourselves busy in the midst of countless random tasks every day. Many times it is seen that we do not give proper time to do the tasks properly or no task can be completed by thinking of many tasks at once. Finally, it is seen that we do not get proper results even after working. We all know some inspirational quotes like hard work is the mother of good fortune. We have come to know these statements by reading books. But even after that we live a lazy life without putting this knowledge into practice. With hard work we can accomplish many impossible things - which we may not have expected ourself. We may never be the most talented . But we can be the hardest if we want. And with that hard work, we will be able to become the one of the best person , leaving behind more talented and privileged people than ourself. Because physical strength is not the only strength for hard work but also there are some mental aspects involved as well. If we imagine what actually happens when we are under the pressure of a big and hard work ... ??? Whenever a big project comes up, our brain repeatedly tells us to stop working and rest. Even if we don't want to, we will want to take a break after doing some work. This is because our brain wants us to stay away from work. Because of this feature of the brain, we often cannot work hard even if we have the desire. To solve this problem we can divide a large task into smaller tasks. Now, if we imagine that, what happens in our mind when we think something that could be ridiculous or sad ???? Actually, Our brains react fairly similarly to imagination and reality. Which is why we often laugh at the idea of laughter, or get upset when we think of sad memories . We can also use this trick as a way to work harder. So whenever we go to do a big job, if we divide the work into small parts before doing that work, we will be able to complete the work with full attention and be successful in the work. With a little effort, we can divide any work into smaller tasks. As we find ways to work faster, our ability to work will also increase. Nowadays we are so involved in social media that for a moment we don't want to wait without turning to social media and chatting. In any work, the brain just reminds us of that. When we focus on more than one task at the same time, the brain does not focus on any task properly. At the same time the body also gets tired quickly and success does not come. So we have to try all the time to focus on only one task at a time. If there is more than one urgent task at hand, one has to be done after another. This allows us to work longer without getting tired. And in this way, those of us who are frustrated by not being able to succeed at work need to re-engage with the determination and effort to succeed at work without wasting time.

My Story: No matter how hard he tries, ..... I forgive you in the end. Every time he makes mistake ... I get angry and end up hurting myself. I'm a little arrogant ... but I don't tell anyone. I can't call anyone bad .... but after a while I changed my mind. It is not wrong to make mistakes but it is wrong not to learn from mistakes.
Love from the heart, not seeing wealth. Love by virtu, not by appearance . Dream at night, not during the day. Love someone, not ten. I try to spend every moment of my life well with everyone, because I will not live forever, but my memories will live with people forever.
Mutual love Who doesn’t want to love?? Everyone wants to love. But how many people can keep the love relationship for a long time? At first sight love can become. All right. But then misunderstandings are often seen to create distance. Some thoughts in the mind can make the partner think. Even if there is no lack of sincerity, such incidents can happen. There is a secret desire in everyone's mind. As like everyone wants their love affair will be much more romantic and tidy. But the reality is much more difficult and much different. In real life love relationships will have love, respect, esteem, attraction as well as some realities that cannot be avoided in any way. If you want to prolong the love relationship with your partner, you have to get rid of some of your inner thoughts and changes. We have to accept some realities. And these will help to strengthen and prolong the love relationship. Nothing in life is ever easy. Especially in the case of love relationship, there will always be many obstacles, troubles and problems. At the beginning of the relationship everything will seem very colorful and colorful. However, this time passes very quickly. Then move forward by fighting at every step. And those who can survive this fight can make the love affair last longer. The right time is definitely needed for everything in life. But not everything happens at the right time, a lot happens. In many cases, many events happen unexpectedly. Life takes a different turn. In that case, it is foolish to wait for the right time. Rather, everything has to be sorted out over time. You love me Am I too low? Parallel love Running Every now and then. Lime falls from the betal leaves Donot concessions to each other The gunpowder of love burns When the heart is a little rubbed....
Love is so hard that sometimes even the point of love built up inside the chest becomes helpless. The reality of life is so harsh that not everyone can accept it. So do not give emotional love to anyone, but if you can, give love to the mind! Because emotional love will one day be lost to conscience. And the love of the mind will last forever.
Dyspepsia (Indigestion) Do we know about dyspepsia???? Do we know what to do if dyspepsia????? Today I am sharing my opinion about dyspepsia with you. Please read the article and like and comment please and subscribe me. Dyspepsia is one of the most common complaints evaluated by the general practitioners and gastroenterologists, now a day. So it draws special attention for a comprehensive approach of management of the under laying problems. Upper abdominal pain which may or may not be related or food. Anorexia, nausea and vomiting. Early repletion or satiety after meals. A sense of abdominal distension or bloating. flatulence (burping, belching) and aerophagy. Symptoms related to peptic ulcer are often termed as ulcer dyspepsia. Management: 1/ Careful history taking and investigations should be done to ascertain and exclude any organic disease and treated accordingly. 2/ Explanation and re-assurance is must. 3/ Antacid and anticholinergic drugs sometimes may be helpful. 4/ Gas forming food like cauliflower, cabbage, beans, melons, cucumbers, onions, green peppers etc should be omitted from the diet. 5/ patients with anxiety and tension should have rest and relaxation. 6/ Food item those produce allergy should be avoided. 7/ Overeating, sweet, faulty food should avoided, meals should be taken regularly. We should be follow all the rules to lead a happy and healthy life.
First love Love is one of the adornments of human life. A person who has no love, no affection cannot be called a human being. One person's experience with first love is not same with others . Someone may remember their love from afar for a lifetime. Someone carry the memory of failed love forever. There are many reasons why people can't forget their first love. It is very difficult to forget any new experience in life like falling in love or driving a car. For this reason, even if there is no love, many people cannot forget that experience. The hippocampus is the region of the brain that is the place of new experiences, memories and learning new things. This place has a unique ability to detect rare, new experiences and images. Sensitive memories, such as the thrill of falling in love for the first time or the thrill of a first kiss, are stored in different areas of the brain, including the hippocampus, rather than everyday random memories. If you have a feeling that the memory of the first love happened yesterday, then understand that it is not only your emotions that have kept the memories alive, but also an active part of your brain that is probably working hard to keep the memories fresh for a lifetime. Who doesn't want to love?? Find the truth in the crowd of masks, A procession of lies all around. The seasons come back instead, People are very changeable.

Life and reality Life is the name of learning to lose everything and starting a new life. Life is the name of moving forward on the battlefield with one's head held high even after repeated defeats. Life is the name of being able to smile in the midst of hundreds of tears. Life is the name of being extinguished again and again and burning again. If human life were like a tree, and if memories were the stalks of that tree Maybe it would have been much better. As the weight on the tree increases, so can the weight on the tree be reduced by cutting the stalks of the tree a little. In the same way, there was at least one way to reduce the pain that has accumulated in the memory of the people. Life is really like a colorful feather. Just as a colored feather changes color when it is done right, left, down, up, so when you think of the past, present, and future of a life, you can see the touch of different colors step by step. Failure is a small part of human life. And to succumb to that failure is to deny one's own superiority. People learn to be cruel when they are hurt by someone for some reason. Suffering is one of the reasons for being cruel.Faith is the greatest in life. Some people become enemies by breaking that faith, while others become friends by gaining faith. People never change on purpose. Some people's negligence, some memories and circumstances force him to change. The moon may cover black clouds for a while but not forever. In the same way, life cannot be filled with sorrow forever. Happiness will come one day or another. So we all have to wait patiently for that time.
Stay home & stay safe.
