Today I will present to everyone the story of a mother without her children:
At the beginning of writing the story, I remembered a few lines of the poem-
I'm taking my mother too far .....
You are riding in a palanquin, mother;
The two doors open a little.
I'm going to ride a red horse;
Jumping next to you.
But alas! Life is not like poetry:
The equation of life is very complex. As much as our middle-class society has kept their parents at bay for fear of public embarrassment, the lower-middle-class or low-income people, in the face of the harsh reality of deprivation, do not give them the same respect or love for their parents.
In the poem, when the boy dreams of going abroad on a red horse with his mother in a palanquin, the so-called boys and girls of reality are just the opposite. The worldly mother fell beside the broken door on the plank bed, not in the palanquin.
Fatema Begum is such a miserable mother:
Even though she is the mother of 5 sons and 1 daughter, she is spending her days in her negligence. This unfortunate mother is lying in a tin hut on the bank of the broken river. None of her children are looking for their old mother. Fatema Begum, who is about 60 years old, walks around all day picking up a few rice and pulses and eats what she gets. She went out as usual, with a razor in her hand and a bundle of worn-out cloth tied around her waist in search of rice and pulses. Tired at the end of the day, Fatema Begum returned home, but her aged body could not cook any more rice and therefore could not eat rice. I was talking about the time of Maghrib Azan when she was still hungry. One of the neighbors next door said that if she get up and sit down, Apa will take her picture. My right hand was wrapped like a vine and he sat down.
She asked me in my address where I came from and what should I do after taking a picture of him??
I said I won't do anything, I just want to talk to you. Then the old woman began to tell the various events of her sad life. Husband Sekender Munshi has long since left the world and left his wife Fatema Begum in the care of five sons and one daughter.
But what happens when the forehead burns .......!!!
In that hope, today it is just like the field of Tepantar. They don't give rice or clothes, but no children come to see for once. The elderly mother is living alone in a tin roof in the flood waters of Paikandi village in Mohanganj of Bera police station in Pabna district. A few government sandbags have been left on the roof of the house to control the floods. But with a little more rain and floods, the old woman's house will be submerged in the deep waters of the Jamuna at any moment. Maybe one day the old woman will come back home and see where she used to rest, the last shelter she used to have a little body has been washed away in the river and if the fate is more cruel then maybe in the dark of night she may be drowned in the terrible aggression of the flood. I asked her that-
Well, to be alone in a room that she is not afraid of???
He called me mother and said what should I do if I am scared ..... if I get lost I will go away with the current of the river ..... and there is no one to look after him ..... he started crying after saying this. He further said that the government did not even give a good sack of sand and asked me to go and see it. "I don't get any food from anyone. I'm on the verge of death! What more can I say ... the children don't see me ..... and why will the government see me?"
Is your daughter looking for you?
"My girl is poor. She can't go. She spends her days somehow. How can she find out?"
Boys and grandchildren never come to see you?
Before Fatema Begum could answer, a neighbor stood in front of the house and said that the mother's children and grandchildren were very bad. They live very close but never look for their mother. In this room where the light is on, the naughty boys come and take off the lights (bulbs) from time to time.
Aunt, who bought the fan that is spinning on your head?
Another broken neighbor came from the side and said that he was the one who was buying it. She is buying fans with a lot of effort.
I remembered some lines of poetry:
"What happens every day, why it is not true....aha!
It was like a story......
Those who listened were barely surprised,
Grandpa used to say, how come.....
What is the emphasis on the boy!
Everyone in the neighborhood used to say,
Luckily the boy was with his mother."
I, too, was not surprised by the words of the neighbors, I was shocked.
Mother is the closest relative in the world, a call involving a feeling of sweetness. The mother who bore children for nine months and nurtured them with difficulty .......... The mother is floating in the river today but none of her five sons keep her informed. The children of this unfortunate mother are really cruel and ruthless.
We who are the children of one or the other parent, will we live in youth forever .... will we never reach old age ??
According to the rules of time, we will all grow old one day, the golden days of youth will pass and the cold night of old age will come more or less in everyone's life, a fact that many of us do not realize. Joys and sorrows of youth make us so intoxicated that aging seems like an impossible consequence.
Don't we have any responsibility towards our own parents ???
Bigger than that, people have a lot more responsibilities in their youth or adulthood. Not everyone has the privilege of caring for the needs of elderly parents in spite of their desires or feelings of guilt. People of different religions have repeatedly reminded people to take care of their elderly parents. The religion of humanity has reminded us that we have found life for them and today we often hear criticism in the strain of our responsibilities about how bad the old age homes are and the only cruel children can leave their parents there. Today I will not go into that discussion. However, the fact that children often do not understand the responsibilities of parents, causes them a lot of mental and physical distress.
Do we have nothing to say about conscience ???
Truly today we are defeated and ungrateful to the conscience.
If not, then why even today in a friendly country like Bangladesh, old age homes are becoming the safe haven of the last age of our parents ????
Talking to aunt Fatima, she objected that she would not take any money from me when she came out.
She pulled me aside and said why should I give money ??
Once she just said the boys didn't see her and I didn't hear anything negative about the boys outside of that. This is what it means to be a mother!
I thought to myself that the mother who had been collecting hay all day to cook some rice, ignoring the sun, rain, storms and floods and wandering around the village in her last years, was also thinking of me as her guest today, so she objected to taking my money. A miserable mother walking on the road also has a sense of humanity. It is not only the children of that mother who have no conscience. Just water and water all around. It goes without saying that there are almost no people.
Suddenly I became anxious and started thinking about the line of the poem:
"You're scared, you wonder where I came from,
I'm saying don't be afraid mom,
Look over there, you can see the current of the dead river. "
No, maybe her children will never say that by giving such courage to her mother. Not all children in the world can be heroes. Some people are cowards. The lives of thousands of Fatema Begums are constantly being shattered like the banks of a river whose news we do not know or do not want to know. The world today is going through a difficult time.
The history of mother's love:
A story of mother's love for her child. A helpless mother used to live in the city with her child. Ever since the boy came to his senses, he has been seeing that his mother looks ugly because he does not have one eye. The mother went to see her son one day while passing by the school. The boy did not meet that day for fear of embarrassment that his classmates would laugh because of this ugly show. Mother came back without saying anything. The boy grew up and got a job. The son got married and stopped all communication without looking for his mother. A few years later, the boy was invited to a reunion with his school's alumni. When the boy went to see his injured mother, he found out that there was someone else living in the rented house. A woman the same age as the mother of the house next door gave the boy a letter saying that the boy's mother had asked him to give it to her son before he died.
It was written in the letter-
"Dad! I know I don't have an eye that makes me look ugly which is why you don't like me like everyone else. If you knew why I didn't have one eye, you wouldn't hate me anymore. When you were young, your father, me and you got into a car accident one day. That day your father died, I was seriously injured and one of your eyes was permanently damaged. After the operation, I gave you one of my eyes. No one else knows about this incident and I did not tell anyone."
There are thousands of such examples in the history of mother's love. There are innumerable children around us whose conscience and responsibility are not towards their parents. Not only uneducated idiots but also educated conscientious objectors are scattered in the society. Humanity exists in the heart. The humanity of that so-called man is being transformed into a lot of bestiality.
How long will the unspeakable torture of elderly parents continue ???
I think these injustices need to end. The child has to be forced to take the responsibility of the parents. Otherwise it will have to be implemented by providing severe punishment. We never want to see the tragic consequences of a parent. May all children be sincere to their parents.
The world today is going through a difficult time.
Yet has unjust sin or iniquity stopped ???
Nothing stops. The fear of crime has not diminished at all. Nature also seems to be defeated by these senseless people. We want to see the dream of a wonderful, beautiful and beautiful life of humanity for human beings. Let that dream come true, we can make such a logical demand to the representatives of the state towards the country. Let a state law be passed for these helpless parents so that every parent in the country becomes a very valuable asset to their children. They can spend the last life with their grandchildren very happily.
I like a lot of beautifully written and she cried sincerely
