IRS Targets U.S. and Foriegn Tax Dodgers The 2022 budget proposes forcing crypto exchanges and financial institutions to give the IRS much more information about cryptocurrency transactions. The budget proposes lowering the threshold for reporting a transaction from $10,000 to $600.
