I learned this idea on one of the posts in noise.cash. I don't know whose post was that but I am gratified that I stumbled upon that post because it gives me an idea of what to write today.
The reaction of us getting stress comes first to our mind. There are so many factors and reasons why a person feels stress and if we continue feeling it, it can affect our mental, physical and emotional health. There's a tendency that our attitude and how we approach others will change too. If it consumes our whole being then likely it will be the cause why we felt depressed, felt tired to do our everyday works and worst was that it will give us an idea to do something bad like using some prohibited drugs or take our life just to run away from what we feel.
Causes of stress:
Financial Problem
Losing a loved one
Having sickness
More works to accomplish
The problem at work or losing a job
Today I will share a way to avoid getting stress and that is:
FOCUS
Focus on our life, not on others
Don't think of others' problems
As long as we are not involved or it's not a family-related problem, then we should not meddle and interfere with it. If our neighbor told us about their problem just give them consoling words. Do not let it enter your mind.
Don't take others success negatively
Avoid being jealous of what others achieve. It won't give us any good. If we keep on thinking about it, we will just envy them for what their life became today and it will affect our mental state because we keep on thinking about how they did make it and the worst thing is we think that it came from a bad doings like selling some drugs or any bad acts.
Think of our blessings, not on our misfortunes
Avoid counting all the misfortunes that happen to us instead of doing it why not be grateful for all the things we have today.
Whether our day is good or not, let's just be thankful for having experienced all these things today.
Focus on what we have today not in the past, not in the future.
Words from my boyfriend, " Don't worry about tomorrow, just trust God. He will never leave us alone and will never abandon us."
Don't worry about the food that we eat for tomorrow, as long as we work hard then we will never run out of food to eat.
Don't worry about the money to spend, just do your best today and God will do the rest.
Don't be bothered by our past, take a lesson and learn from it then leave it behind.
Closing thoughts
What I share today is based on my experience.
I came up with this idea because I was once like this. I get envied by others' success, I only focused on the things that I didn't get and I always worry about what my future can be but I already learned from it. Before I kept on overthinking things but now I am glad that God has opened my eyes and enlighten my mind to what is real.
We can get the things we want if only if we work hard for it. Now I change how I look at things in my life and I became more positive and persistent with the things that I do. I may not have the life that I wanted to have today but I know in the future I will have it.
Thanks for reading, hope you have learned something from this experience of mine.

We are all guilty of envying our classmates and friends. But when I have met my high school friends, they made me realized that it is not right to get envy to someone nor to compare our lives with somebody else as we do not know each and everyone's struggles in life. We may see a person as successful but he/she may have struggled just to be that person. We should not be competing with other people hence only to ourselves.
For me, money indeed is the number 1 cause of stress of almost everyone but money can also change a person's mood. 😅
