What colour are your thoughts?

Colours signifies our daily life,art and cultures,in ancient times colour was used to represent different things,even warriors then,when a warrior dies and they want to paint,they use the colour the warrior stands for to paint so that people will know what the life of the warrior was like. So today I am going to talk about colours and what it stands for in relations to our thoughts,our thoughts are meant to have colours, most times artists paints from their thoughts,what is going on in their mind or head, sometimes it comes out beautiful or shows anger or worry. So let's move to today's article.

Colours and their meaning.

Out of all the colours in the universe,we will only talk about this few colours;

White- purity, cleanliness, virtue

Red- strength, passion,energy,war

Yellow- happiness,warmth

Green- growth,nature, fertility

Blue- sadness, calmness

Gray- moody, reserve

Brown- dependable, wholesome

Purple- royalty,creativity,nobility

Black- fear, evil or sadness.

Now let's pick them one after the other;

1. White- we all know what white stands for in our society,purity and virtue, many reasons why some people choose white even in their engagement ceremony,we all know white is the definite colour for white weddings, it depicts holiness, cleanliness and happiness,it used because that day is sacred. Now let's relate it to our thoughts,when our thoughts are clean and pure,or has virtue we can say our thoughts are white, when we think about only good and valuable things,when what we think about others is pure,we say our thoughts are white.

2. Red- To most people red stands for danger,I can agree on this because when there is war or problem,we can use red to signify that,this colour is linked with power, energy, strength,when we relate this to our thoughts,if what we feel is strength or energy we can say our thoughts are red.

3. Yellow- This is the colour of the sun,it depicts sunshine in someone's life,when there is sunshine,there will be happiness, warmth and hope,our thoughts can also show that we have hope or that we are happy,or when we have hope in someone or we are happy with someone,it shows our thoughts is yellow 🤷.

4. Green- The colour green shows nature,natural resources,growth in a place or nation,coldness, vitality, fertility, harmony,it shows something is fruitful. Now showing that in the context of our thoughts,we say our thoughts are green when it's fruitful or fertile,no bad vibe.

5. Blue- the colour of the sky or the blue sea, it's a calm reflection, sometimes it reflects sadness or hatred,it's also an act of responsibility,when your daily life or your thoughts is associated with this,you can say it's blue.

6. Gray- moody appearance or gloomy, your thoughts can be moody or reserved.

7. Brown - when you are a type of person that is dependable or when you have a wholesome mind,when your thoughts are truthful or honest.

8. Purple- purple depicts royalty, creativity,wealth,nobility,in ancient England the royal family wears purple to symbolise their status,when you have a creative thoughts,or your thoughts are noble,full of knowledge and wisdom,we relate it with the purple colour.

9. Black- Black colour always reflect negativity,it depicts fear, sadness, evil,mysteries or death. Sometimes when black colour is used we tend to understand that something bad has happened,our thoughts sometimes get connected to this,when all our thoughts reflect is fear , sadness or negativity we say our thoughts are black.
