Strong as United,weak as divided

When I was going around this morning,I was just going around the compound and I saw this army of ants together and I decided to take a close look at them the reason why they are together, it occurs to me that they are actually carrying one thing together,it simply means if others leave and remained just one ant to carry that same thing,the ant won't be able to carry it because the others are not joining again but when the rest were there,they were able to carry it together.
Then I checked the lives of the ant and the lives of us as human beings,I concluded that we can do much better if we are United but when we are divided we can't do much. When you see a company moving forward and higher,it means everyone is working towards the success of the company but if there are rebellious people in the same company the company won't move forward unless those people are taken care of(sacked).
A proverbs says a house divided against itself cannot stand. We all know that when there is no enemy within,the enemy outside cannot hurt you,only the inside enemy will take your matter to the outside enemy,we can't be divided and expect much.
We are only as strong as we are United,but as weak as we are divided"- J.K Rowling. We cannot be United and weak,we can only be weak when we are divided, division doesn't birth something good,it births lose,pain, failure, unachievement and so on. We cannot be divided in interest or purpose and expect to end in the same direction,that is not possible.
Only people of the same goal can work together,unity has a long way to go in people's life,as tiny as the cobweb of a spider, when they unite they can tie in anything,when there is teamwork and collaboration alot of good things can be achieved. Unity in a nation has a lot to do towards the success or progress of the nation, a nation that is not moving forward is already divided against itself,only when the citizens are United then the nation can move forward. Unity is the key to progress, without unity there is no progress,when a family is United it will be easy for the family to achieve their common goals,it will be easy for them to move forward but when they are divided,they tend to loose focus thereby not achieving anything.

Even the Bible mentioned it, we have a lot to learn from the ant. They don't have a leader but they know when to work and when to stay inside. They gather food when it's dry season and save up so they can feed when raining season comes. They are united and nothing is too big for them to carry as long as they have each other. Humans can learn a lot from this.
