One Ghana lady asked me... Why do Nigerians like saying "sorry" before asking a question.

Like 'sorry' please what's the time??.... 'sorry' is this the line?? I answered her, every body in this country is angry ...... So u have to apologise for their anger in advance before making an enquiry 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
