Happy Sunday Dear Readers!!
Well, some people are looking forward to Sunday. On the contrary, everyone is waiting for this day. Because this is the only day in which a person can spend his day according to his own. But it is not a good day for everyone. For some people tha last hours of weekend or Sunday are stressful. I remember as a child, when Sunday was holiday, my Saturday night passed happily. Because then I would have been happier to finish my sleep on Sunday. And when it was Sunday night, the tension of going to school again the next day. I remember I used to count the days for when Sunday would come again. And the Sunday night was my saddest night ever. You too must have gone through this condition.
Sunday scaries can be given as many names as The Sunday blues, The Sunday fear, The dread. The Sunday scaries are the anxiety. It is said that people suffer from more depression on Sunday night like people are tensed to go to the office. Children have tension of going to school. Due to these tensions/depression, it has been named as Sunday scaries or Sunday anxiety night. On this night the man carried the weight of worries on his mind.
And I also heard that most men die on Sunday or Monday because they are more prone to depression. And men who are tolerant of small and big pains do not consider it necessary to go to the doctor. Tensions causes them to have either a brain hemorrhage or a heart attack.
How we get ride of Sunday anxiety?
Set plan for upcoming week:
We can make a chart of what to do next week. On which we can fulfill our upcoming week goals. Don't make your mind full of chaotic.
Practice Sunday self care:
We are so busy all week that we don't even have time to focus on ourselves. Try to take care of yourself instead of putting stress on Sunday. Exercise to keep your body healthy. Make good food. You know guys, my aunt has made a Sunday special for her children. On this day she makes her children's favourite food, which makes their children happy.
Practice meditation:
Try to read books as many as you can. Read books, watch movies, watch videos about the things you are most interested in. Study experienced shows that man has 14% reduction in stress and 30% reduce anxiety.
