A Couple of Questions for Couples

Hello dear read.cash friends!! Just got home from school and finally got enrolled in my last year level in college (4TH YEAR NA AKO🥰) hayss time flies so fast, one more step to go and VOILA!! My journey in college has come to an end. Another chapter of my life is waiting hopefully may it not lead to marriage in the end lol. (I still have several things to prioritize)

Hey twinny @Sequoia you dared me to do this challenge, well I will not back down🤣, actually I was running out of topic on what to write today but thank goodness you save my day.

Honestly, I’m into private relationship not the kind of privacy which is not open to the family I just not entirely reveal my love life that much in social media or even in public, because for me as long as they acknowledge that we have a relationship from each other that’s enough but I know that this site is a community of benevolent and open-minded people, so I don’t have to worry about lol.

So here's my entry, I randomly chose 4 specific questions in this site.

Exposing too much PDA (PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION), I just can’t bare the scene between two couples doing sweet moments in public, you know perks of being a Filipino. To be honest, my boyfriend seems to have both cold and I-don’t-give-damn personality which contradicts to my character ( @Sequoia hmm you know na🤣)he is not the guy who easily shows that kind of intimacy in public, maybe I just got jealous instead of being irritated haha just kidding, by the way my twinny and my boyfriend are former classmates way back in senior high.

For now, I just want to enjoy travelling with him in every popular destinations we both love to go, he owns a motorcycle so it’s easy for us to explore the places we wanted to visit, we usually did it together with his family and our church mates. What I really don't like about him is when we we're in the middle of a long ride he intended to speed up and get satisfied when I shouted in fear while embracing him tight and started to laugh at me, how rude! Haha. I almost cry and punch him at the back , but don't you worry guys he already learned his lesson from the moment he saw me crying.

The fear of falling out of love and realizing that we we’re not meant to be. Admit it or not it is the memories formed over several years of togetherness are the major reason why many of those in a relationship can hardly move on and accept the painful reality of losing someone they love. Living without your partner is a hard thing to do because you need to start over again. Another fact is that the person who once gave you so much happiness has suddenly disappeared like a bubble, OUCH💔. I guess it is just one of most common fears couples have in relationships. (Takot lang talaga akong maiwan).

WHAT IS THE BEST "RELATIONSHIP ADVICE" SOMEONE HAS EVER GIVEN YOU?

"If you decide to have a relationship with someone read and meditate this; 1 Corinthians 13:1, but if that's not the kind of love you feel from each other better end it up."

A straightforward but powerful advice from our Pastor. Our relationship has been through a lot before we became legal and open to everyone, me and my boyfriend asked both of our parent's permission first, and after that we had a serious conversation with our Spiritual parents (Pastor and Pastora) in our Church and ask for their approval as well, we we're so blessed because they allowed us with an open heart while praying and showering the both of us some words of wisdom and declarations. Their prayers set the flames in our hearts so that our relationship lasts this long and stable (5 years na kami ngayon💕). At that time my belief in the power of prayer became even stronger.

1 Corinthians 13:1

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth."

If you still haven't found your "THE ONE" just wait for your season. Trust God's timing.
