Ingredients:
1.Hilsha fish (only head and tail)
2.onion-1cup chopped
3.dry chilli -4to 5 as your spicy test
4. Mustard oil 4table spoon
Method:
At first cut the fish with little piece. Then fry them well for dry their water but without oil after that take a little oil and again fry them... Then bland it well with chilli... Then mash it with onions and mustered oil...
Now its ready to serve.. ππIt's too yummy with hot white rice...ππ It's our traditional food.. Every Bengali people like to have this...
