You wrote about peanuts but not peanut butter the one sold in pots. This is not healthy from the moment on palmfat is added. Palmfat, sugar, salt...the fat is even more dangerous than trans fat for the health.

If you wants peanuts eat peanuts better cashews or walnuts. If you go for the peanut butter better make it yourself.
