Game addiction Hello guys! I want to steal your time and attention, specially to all gamer out there. You or we should know and must read these.  *****Signs of game addiction***** - In the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Issues (ICD 11), updated in May, WHO included game addiction as a group of mental disorders, characterized by persistent play behavior, recurring, whether online or offline. signs of typical game addiction in a person include: Difficult to control game level (such as frequency, intensity, time, context); even lose control over gaming. For example, children can not escape the temptation to play games, have decided to play the game or not, when to stop, ... Prioritize gaming over other daily activities: Game addicts increase the priority for gaming. Video games take precedence over other life benefits and daily activities. Even children who are addicted to online games tend to postpone urgent tasks, such as deadlines for homework, exam review, etc. Continue or play more and more games, despite the appearance of negative consequences. MOVING ON 💚 Moving on is a process. It takes time to heal. Moving on doesn’t mean you forget the person or anything. It means that the memories doesn’t bother you anymore. TO MOVE ON easily, you have to first acknowledge why what happened happened. When you accept what happened, you tend to understand why it happened. And then forgive the other person( if that’s the case). Forgiving someone makes moving on so much easier. Then you can start by removing or avoiding things that remind you of them. It can be gifts, pics, social media etc whatever that is for you. Then get yourself “busy” or “occupied” with your work or a hobby/passion. This is the time to do things for “yourself”. Get together with friends and family. Slowly you will find yourself getting over the person. Its not easy, but keep doing it till it gets better. The key thing before everything is- Accept, understand & Forgive. And please, NEVER USE SOMEONE ELSE TO MOVE ON. A lot of people tend to this. They get with some other person in order to forget or move on from a particular person. This only worsens up everything;not only your but the other person’s life as well.

What is love? I do not fully understand love, as my mind is unfortunately twisted, but I’m hoping that if I write this, I can help myself and you understand it better. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. This passage is 1 Corinthians from the Bible. God’s Book is the ultimate source for any question one might have, and its message on love provides us with everything we need to know about it. Love is not demanding, cruel, lustful, or based merely on how your reproductive organs react to another person’s reproductive organs. It’s not found in sex, beauty, or large silicone breasts. It’s nothing you see in the least, nor is it an emotion, because emotions change. True love is patient, understanding, and rejoices in the other person. You feel a sense of joy and genuine happiness for your partner’s successes. You want them to reach greater heights and succeed in everything they do, and you’re always right there encouraging them every step of the way. You love someone not for how they make you feel, but for who they are. For everything about them, including the flaws and the quirks. You learn to control your emotions for the sake of your partner and not let anger and tension make you insane so you lash out at them. If I had been kinder to my partner, I would still have him, but I did not choose love, I chose selfishly expressing my unruly emotions, leading to the crumbling of our relationship. Be mindful and courteous of your lover’s feelings. He/she is not a toy, pet, or something disposable you can dump all your frustrations on. They are just like you, living, feeling beings with minds, emotions, and struggles of their own. Use the Golden Rule; Treat others as you wish to be treated. You willingly forgive transgressions and mistakes. Guess what? Nobody’s perfect, not even you or your kindly, cookie-baking grandma. Nobody. How would you feel if you made a mistake and your partner attacked you for it, always making little digs at you about it and reminding you of that long-ago past screw-up? Awful, right? If the person you claim to love really does mean everything to you, show it by forgiving. You don’t have to forget. All God asks is that you forgive, because He forgave you first. Love isn’t the thing society and the entertainment industry has twisted it out to be. It is pure, gentle, and entirely precious. Love is the brilliant blossom the world has taken a machete and flamethrower to, completely defiling and distorting the image until we end up thinking like this: only hotties with big penises/DD boobs who are animals in bed are lovable. So wrong! Watch Beauty and the Beast to remind yourself that looks are far from everything. While chemical attraction is indeed important, do not confuse it with love! Love is not something you see, just like God. Rather, it is something felt, and if it is legit, it doesn’t immediately shatter the moment the relationship hits a pothole. Love is protecting your partner from the world and even themselves when they’re not at a perfect 100%. Love is trusting your partner with everything about yourself, and making sure you don’t break their trust, as well. Love is being able to be completely vulnerable with someone with no fear, because you know they’ll never judge you. It isn’t always spoken in those three little words. It isn’t always expressed in teddy bears or heart-shaped boxes of chocolates. You can’t find it in moonlit carriage rides or strolls on the beach. The only place you find love is in your heart, and it is a true gift from God.

What is the meaning of "PO" in the Philippines? In modern times, *"Po"* is an honorific commonly used on statements directed towards elderly people or your work superiors… this is to make the statements sound more "pleasant" and "respectful". **Ex:** Sa'an ka ng galing? - Casual Sa'an po kayo ng galing? - Respectful Both of the statements above translate to the same exact thing, *(Where have you been?),* however it is "socially frowned upon" to use the first statement when conversing with elderly people or your work superiors. **So** **what does "Po" mean?** *"Po"* is a shortened version of *"Po'on",* and *"Po'on"* is also a shortened version of *"Pangino'on".* **All three of these terms mean the same thing, they all translate to** ***"Lord".*** Back in ancient times these terms were used as honorifics when speaking to the royals and nobles who were seen as "divine" or "semi-divine", however in modern times, the terms *"Po'on"* and *"Pangino'on"* are exclusively used on deities, while *"Po"* became a honorific, specifically used when conversing with elderly people and work superiors.

Natutunan kong maging malakas. Naging matapang ako at matibay.

All couples fight. It's completely natural, and comes with the territory of being in a relationship. But when you find yourself bickering more than usual, it’s natural to wonder, “How much fighting is too much?” and "Are we totally screwed?" Before you freak out and think your relationship is doomed because you had two fights last week, know this: it’s normal to have arguments and disagreements with your partner. "There is no one correct formula when it comes to frequency of conflict, and there is no one correct way to navigate conflict that’s right for all couples,” The occasional argument is actually a good thing.“When couples fight, it means they care about the relationship,” “When fighting goes away completely, sometimes one or both people have checked out.” Not fighting with your partner may indicate a different issue—perhaps you're weary to share your true feelings, or you don't trust your partner to handle your feelings. So, instead of focusing on how often you fight as couple, think about how fairly you fight. So here's a tips! 1. Pause...before you blurt out something hurtful. When you're in the heat of the moment and feeling emotional, it's tough to think before you open your mouth. But taking a pause before you launch into a complaint will allow you to frame your grievance more effectively. A few simple seconds gives you enough time to step back from squabbles and think: "How can I say this so my partner will hear it?" This quick, mental timeout will help you help you choose a kinder and calmer way to approach the situation, and make you more likely to be heard as a result. 2. Speak in "I" rather than "you" phrases. Saying "I'm hurt" or "I feel really angry" instead of "You screwed up!" will lead to a more productive dialogue because it takes your partner off of the defensive. "If you lead with accusation or blame, they won't hear what you want them to hear. They're going to feel at fault and you won't get through," Speaking in terms of how you feel and offering potential solutions to try together, rather than blaming your partner completely, will remind you that you're in a partnership and need to work together to have a stronger relationship. 4. Avoid character assaults. Unfortunately, arguments can often devolve into personal attacks (think name-calling, criticizing the core of who someone is or how they look)—and that is definitely not healthy for your relationship. If you're name-calling, you've probably gone too far. 5. Instead, focus on the actual issue. If you're constantly rehashing old arguments, fighting about the same things over and over with no resolution or compromise, or feeling upset about the fact that you’re fighting all the time, that can become problematic.one of the predictors of divorce occurs when a person consistently attacks her partner's character rather than isolating the specific issues that are upsetting. So, instead of saying, "Of course you didn't do the dishes again. You're lazy!"—which will either put your partner on the defense or make him retreat or resent you—try isolating the specific complaint or issue you have. You can say something instead like, "I feel frustrated when I come home to a sink full of dirty dishes. Can we set up a schedule for our chores so this doesn't happen again?" 6. Listen more and talk less. When we're arguing, there's a tendency to talk more than to listen. We're so eager to get our feelings out, we may not even hear what our loved one is trying to express. The person who has an issue is the one that needs to be listened to. Instead of immediately defending yourself, just listen and let your partner know that you heard them. This approach is effective because it not only shows that you were listening, but that you understand what your partner was saying or where they were coming from. You're more likely to have a more productive dialogue instead of a full blowout argument when you just listen.

WHAT IS INSECURITY? A person with high levels of insecurity may often experience a lack of confidence regarding many aspects of life. It may be difficult for that person to form lasting relationships or attend to daily tasks, due to a self-perception of helplessness or inadequacy. Insecurity often causes negative thoughts about one’s ability to fit in with peers, reach goals, or find acceptance and support. The condition often accompanies anxiety: Individuals who experience the feelings of fear, worry, and self-doubt that characterize anxiety may easily feel similarly helpless to meet the challenges of daily life. Thus, they may find it easier to resist dealing with stressful situations, feeling inadequately equipped to handle them.

The Queen of Flowers🥀🥀🥀 Rose is my favourite flower it is found in many colours like red, yellow, pink, white, etc. It is most popular and loved by everyone. Rose plant has round green leaves. It has small thorns to protect it self. Rose flower has a beautiful fragrance. It's petals are velvety soft. Rose is a symbol of beauty. Roses are used for making rose water, perfumes, rose petals jam and also for decorative purposes. Rose flowers are also used offerings to the God. Rose is such a beautiful flower that every garden seems to incomplete without it presence.🌹🥀🌷

Difficulties with face covering In light of the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, we are likely to see an increasing number of people wearing lower-face coverings. While this is prudent in terms of stopping the spread of contagion, it is possibly not such good news for those who rely, even in part, on being able to see another person’s mouth when speaking – not to mention those for whom the muffling of voices (which is inevitable with mouth coverings) will create difficulties around hearing.

@Takitaki

Are some people "meant" to be alone? It's one thing being alone, enjoying yourself in the safe haven of your solitude, pursuing your passions and hobbies, furthering your education, working for your dreams or just relaxing, meditating, taking care of your well being. Each day that passes I grow fonder and fonder of this time spent just being with myself. Peacefully and quietly. In that sense I truly do believe we are ALL meant to be alone for extended periods of time, even the most extroverted and outgoing of us. We'd be wise to de-clutter our lives and drop so many distractions. Devote our energies to the one worthwhile pursuit: wholeness. Peace. Inner calm. Search for meaning. I also think we are profoundly alone in that no matter how much others love us or help us, our perception is unique, and we're each stuck in these mysterious individual neuron hallucinations we like to call “consciousness”. It's already nothing short of a miracle we can communicate and get a tiny bit of what goes on inside to one another. That being said we are also a gregarious species. That means we have an unquenchable pull to connect. Even in spite of a lifelong string of bad experiences there's something in us that still craves being understood, being tenderly caressed, feeling seen, appreciated, accepted. Being deprived excessively of these basic human needs is unbearable and people will go to great lengths to avoid it. Did you know many people hire prostitutes just to talk and cuddle? Not to mention sex can be a way of getting a sense of acceptance too. Then of course there's the problem that you can be surrounded by people and feel extremely lonely. This is usually because pain makes us separate our mind from our heart and our body, and so we are lacking a kind of consolation only getting re-acquainted with our deepest essence can provide. And we keep looking for it externally and it's never enough. To sum up: I think we all need solitude but no one should have be excessively lonely. When that happens it usually has more to do with our inability to empathize and care for those who are different. Especially those who don't comply with the expectations of the system. Those of us who need more help, or are struggling. We shouldn't wait for people to always ask. If your question was prompted by someone in your life who's lonely and seems miserable about it you could take the initiative and you'd be surprised how a small kind gesture can go a long way.

@Takitaki

Is Hispanic influence in the Philippines overrated? Yes, definitely. The philippines isn’t even marginally close to being a Hispanic culture. If anything, much of the Hispanic culture had died out long ago. Upon my visits to the Philippines it seemed like every other south East Asian country. Tagalog and many of the languages/dialects of the Philippines are classified under the same language family of Austronesian therefore there are many shared common words with Malaysian and Indonesian Bahasa. Filipinos are always Mistaken as , Malaysians, Indonesians, Thais , and even Southern Chinese people, as they share a common ancestor and possess similar haplogroups and genetic markers. Chinese genetic and cultural influences are evident all over the Philippine archipelago, most cities have Filipino Chinese schools or Filipino Chinese cemeteries. Cock-fighting is a Southeast Asian tradition that is widespread in the Malay archipelago and India. Many aspects of the Philippine culture are Asian. Everything from shared folklore with South East Asia and India, the languages & dialects are dominantly Austronesian/Malay in words and structure, the bulk majority of the cuisine and food is purely Filipino with Malay and Chinese influences, customs, family structure,family values, and way of life, cinema and Television, sports. The sheer 98% majority of Filipinos are purely of the indegenious Austronesian people of maritime South East Asia mixed in with East Asian fusions. Only 1% of Filipinos have Spanish blood while 30% of Filipinos have Chinese ancestery as the Chinese made a much much greater Impact genetically and have been trading with the Philippines for many dynasties. Much of the Philippines geography and building/city/town styles, very much resemble everywhere else in Asia, Bangkok and Manila scenery are often always mistaken as each other as they share a striking resemblance. Having influences alone does not make a country Hispanic. If anything, much of the Hispanic culture had died out long ago and the culture is significantly much more western than Hispanic. Imperialism doesn't automatically completely change the culture and ethnic makeup, but rather utilizing the place for resources - which, many elements of Traditional Filipino/Malay and Chinese culture are evident in Philippine society. The philippines has Spanish influences but again these are merely influences and does not change an original dominating culture. The Philippines is an Asian country and the majority of the people are ethnically Asian. Consider it like Britain's relationship to India. There are just numerous bubbles of resistance and self-preservation that prevented a complete takeover by the conquering nation , but the influence still clearly remains in both respective cultures The significant foundations of a culture is the language, customs, way of life, and gene pool. The Chinese have assimilated into this country as average everyday Filipinos - Chinese schools and cemeteries are established in most cities while the same cannot be said about the Spanish and there are practically zero Spanish people in this country other than rich people like the Ayala’s who are the minority. Hispanic and Spanish people have long ceased to exist in today’s era. Philippine folk literature would be considered a subset of the folklore of peninsular Southeast Asia, which includes the folklore of Malaysia, and Brunei. The distinction roots from the geographical influence on the cultures arising from these countries. Like all of Southeast Asia, however, whether peninsular or continental, Philippine folk literature shows strong cultural influences from India. Our culture is a big reflection of our great and complex history. It is influenced by most of the people we have interacted with. A blend of the Malay and western/Hispanic culture with the influence from Chinese, Indians Arabs, and other Asian cultures really contribute to the customs and traditions of the Filipinos. According to anthropolgists only 3% of Filipinos have minimal portions of Spanish blood. A Predominantly Indigenous Paternal Heritage for the Austronesian-Speaking Peoples of Insular Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Baguio City Philippines is not just known for its thousand islands but also it is known for its motto “It’s more fun in the Philippines” which most filipinos and foreign travellers say after visiting a very wonderful place. Clicked from a moving car in Baguio, beautiful nonetheless!

If you live in an interesting environment get up early and get some landscapes/cityscapes back or side lit without the early light. Take a tripod. experiment with different apertures and shutter speed combinations. You could go for a walk with your camera and look for patterns. Experiment with textures and depth of field on each then edit them and find which combination appeals to you. You could go onto You Tube and learn some new editing techniques. Take notes. Experiment with what you've learned. Take a camera with you everywhere you go with the intention of finding a specified number of subjects. These ideas might get you started.

Ensaladang Ampalaya.Pinoy specialty.❤️ Hi guys, Happy lunch time! 😘 Recipe for the day. Preparing Ampalaya Salad is easy. All you have to do is to slice the gourd and onion as thin as possible. Salt is rubbed onto the gourd. This will let the gourd release its bitter flavor while absorbing the salinity of the salt. The mixture is then rinsed in water to get rid of the salt. At this point, all the vegetables along with the tomato are combined and soaked in a vinegar mixture. You’ll need to refrigerate it for a while before serving.

Sunflower Lover! 🌻 Good morning, greetings from my garden! 🌻❤️ Well, first off, I really like yellow.The color gives off a sort of warmth to me. Sunflowers are often depicted as happy flowers. You always see drawings of them on a sunny day. They are almost like a reminder to stay happy. And I love how they look. With the big center in the middle and the vibrant petals stretching across it. Sunflowers can also get very tall. The sunflower emoji is one of my favorite emojis. 🌻🌻🌻
