Wow really i loved your article and this is a great knowledge about how to keep heart healthy and you gave me the some methods for it and really apprecuated for that I also know how to keep heart healthy or how can i lower the risk of heart disease

  1. Control your blood pressure. High blood pressure is a major risk factor for heart disease.
  2. Keep your cholesterol and triglyceride levels under control.
  3. Stay at a healthy weight.
  4. Eat a healthy diet.
  5. Get regular exercise.
  6. Limit alcohol.
  7. Don't smoke.
  8. Manage stress.
