We know that the mind can make us sick. Most diseases are born out of our attitudes, our fears, our doubts, our reactions and our reforms. The condition of different parts of the body is determined by the methods and processes of dealing with stress, tension, anxiety and worry. Again the mind determines what disease we will be afflicted with and how long we will live. Of course, just as the mind can be the cause of our disease and death, it can also be the means of healing, peace and well-being.

Dr. Vernon Coleman has done long research on the power of the mind. "If we learn to control our emotions and reactions, the mind can act as a powerful force, not against our body, but for the body," he said. "By applying the power of the mind with a real and positive attitude, we can make our body tension-proof," he said.

The following ten steps can be very effective in maintaining good health and making the body tension-free by applying the power of the mind.

1. Build confidence:

If you lack self-confidence, you will gradually become tense. If you do not have confidence in yourself, you will feel helpless in the face of the demands and expectations of others. And you will easily get infected with tension. You need more than luck to succeed in affiliate business. Here's a nice way of saying it.
