A fast diet is not the solution

There are no easy solutions for weight loss, it takes a strong will to make a constant change in lifestyle. Nutrition plays a crucial role in this, as does physical activity. It will not be worth anything if you eat healthy food in inappropriate quantities, and you do not move, you will gain weight even then and in areas where you do not need it: around the hips, stomach, buttocks, and thighs.
Don't wait to gain too much weight, let the signal for action be an uncomfortable number when you step on the scales or tight pants/skirt. Be realistic about what you want to achieve, how many extra pounds you have. The first, second, or thirtieth weight loss diet that you have heard or read about somewhere, can hardly succeed because it is not adapted to YOU.
Slow or healthy weight loss
So, find a nutritionist and start with a weight loss diet made just for you. All that fatty tissue that makes you unhappy can only be removed gradually (max. 5-7 kg per month) so that you do not have health complications. Start moving more and thus increase calorie burning and strengthen the muscles that serve to burn calories. Let’s say a 30-minute walk a day can help you a lot.
