Home-Made Hot & Sour Chicken Soup.

Soups are generally used in cold seasons to get instant energy and warmth against the weather. Soups recommended by doctors for weaker patient's recovery in good deficiency because it is easy to digest and full of nutrition values.
We ( me & my wife) prepare hot & sour chicken soup at home . I have enough cooking experience due to my stay abroad for many years.
So quickly come to recipe. It is enough for 8-10 servings. We require following ingredients.
Ingredients.
Chicken : 1/2 kg boneless
Onion : 1 medium
Ginger: 5mm piece
Black pepper : 1 tbl spoon
Salt: as per your taste
Carrot: 4-5 medium
Cabbage: 1 medium bowl
Peas : 1 cup
Lemons : 2 medium
Eggs : 3
Corn floor: 2 tbl Spoon.
Cooking oil : 2 tbl spoons
Preparation Method.
Take a silver/ steal pot with 4 cup of water . Add chicken , chopped onion , ginger piece and salt and keep on medium flame and let boil it for 20 minutes till tender/ corrode the chicken.
Remove the chicken from water and add carrots , peas in same water and let them boil . When half tender add cabbage too in it and let then boil fully.
Remove the bones ( if any) from chicken. Tore it into small pieces and add 2 tbl spoons oil in a frying pan and let fry that chicken. ( This process will remove the smell of chicken) .
After boiled carrots, cabbage,peas - remove all things including water from flame and after little cold , put it in a blender to make a paste . It will help to give smooth taste without any particles .
Add 4 cup boiled hot water and this paste into silver/steal pot and put on low flame again. Add roasted chicken in it . Add black pepper and keep stirring. Add corn floor paste ( corn floor with little water make a paste separately) . It will go thick after 5 minutes.
Take a pan with little water and made half boil eggs. Peel them and chopped into pieces to add in the soup at the end.
Your thick and yummy soup is almost ready . Remove from pot into a bowl , add chopped egges, garnish with green pepper , roasted onion and thin slices of ginger. Your soup is ready to serve for 8-10 servings. Add lemon juice on pouring into cups at time of servings.
It is quick , easy and simple recipe with 30 minutes cooking time only . You can also add boiled baby corn , capsicum according to your taste.
