The information and technology getting new horizons and gateways for work from home especially for our skilled female. Because female has more restrictions for work outside due to some imposment by family and society.
Pakistan has huge educated youth which becomes too priority for international employers , which makes it top country in earnings by free lancing. It captured 3rd place in rank of professionals which offering different services to employers abroad.
Free lancing increase massively the income of the females and it made good visibility in world business community. Due to high telented , comparable cheaper and available on soft conditions making it more attractive to the employers.
According to state of global hiring report 2021 (Deel report ) by deel the highest rank for rising income by free lancing are
Mexico 57% +
Canada 38%+
Pakistan 27%+ .
Covid19 pandemic gives a golden opportunity and hew dimensions when physical business switch off and Appearance banned by authorities globally. Then work flow went in hands of free lancers. Especially software engineer , web design , web developer , online content writers ( as read.cash & noise cash and earning bitcoin cash) , translator , proof reading , data entry , cloth design , fabric colour matching and editing etc are main sources.
Our females are getting average $22 per day/ assignment compare to men who has $20 per day/assignment. It shows how swiftly they proving their worth in every field. The online working in digital global economy helping a lot to females in world labour force to get visible share of income.
Post Covid19 situation , inflation , high commodities prices , living style , latest technologies demanding us to work smartly , effectively and efficiently to fulfill our needs and survives in these tough times. I was reading a article of @Pachuchay today , how BCH and BCH community helping her in worst situation about her health issues is incredible and it is possible only by freelance working.
What is important now that only degree from educational institution is not enough. Need to enhance the skills and expertise in a specific field giving more chances to grow in world forums and to get better income for the family and ultimately for our country.
