Patriotism is a noble virtue.Patriotism is a love of and devotion to one's country. The word is diverd from the latin word from 'father' and it literally means love of the fatherland or the land of one's father.A true patriot is an unselfish lover of his country. His sincere disere is to serve its best interests in all ways possible to him.

Love for own country purifies mind,removes the narrowness of heart and helps one to be selflessly inspired. Man becomes immortal by loving his country and his patriotism prepares him to face any odd challenges as fleeting and trival.

In 1971,the people of our motherland got spirited with Patriotism and participated in the Liberation War without caring for their own lives.

It is called patriotism.

Everyone should be a great patriot.

Incompatible values ​​can be found next to each other: "Primorska" patriotism as a kind of local patriotism, inspired by the national liberation struggle and experienced as a noble side of Slovenia, and "patriotism" of various groups that glorify Slovenia with dangerous invention of history and trigger exclusionary mechanisms to the other and the different. The latter is close to the "patriotism" of protecting national interests, which is reflected in the defense of domestic business property, a square meter of land and the sea area with the loud announcement of referendums for "our cause". And all the time the "guardians" of patriotic consciousness tell us that we are too small patriots. They also want to prove to us that we are too weak patriots with the national flags that are rarely hung on holidays. That is in my country. Nice written post!
