Facts about the subconscious mind.
Have you ever heard of the term subconscious? If you don't know what subconscious means, let me clarify before we go into the facts concerning the subconscious mind.
Subconscious; is a component of the mind that most people are unaware of, but it has an impact on one's emotions and behaviors.
The subconscious mind is a component of the mind that acts without our knowledge. Examples of what a subconscious mind is the dreams we have at night; our subconscious mind operates without our knowledge at night, which is why we dream.
Let's take a look at some fascinating facts regarding the subconscious mind.
1.It records everything; Our subconscious mind records everything we do on a daily basis, including walking, thinking, and other activities, but we are unaware of it.
2.It speaks to you in dreams; Have you ever wondered how dreams happen? They come from our subconscious mind, which communicates to us anytime we are sleeping or dreaming. This is the power of the subconscious mind.
3.It controls 95% of our lives; It controls 95% of our lives, including our blood pressure, heartbeat, digestive system, and so on...it controls almost every aspect of our lives, even if we don't realize it. Take your heartbeat for example; you can feel it beating while going about your daily activities, but you won't realize it until you touch your heart to check.
4.Always alert and awake; Our subconscious mind is always on high alert since it governs practically every portion of our body. While our conscious mind is temporarily inactive while we sleep, our subconscious mind is always vigilant and awake. Our respiration is also controlled by our subconscious mind.
5.It can do trillion things at once; Yes, as we all know, the human brain processes 11 million bits of information each second, which our subconscious mind handles. Because our conscious mind can only carry a few bits of information per second, what I'm stating in excess is that the subconscious mind can accomplish trillion things at once.
6.It is 1 million times powerful than the conscious mind; It is more powerful than our conscious mind in the sense that it accumulates knowledge and ideas that would be good to utilize, and it governs practically everything we do, making it more powerful than the conscious mind.
7.It has no verbal language; Our subconscious mind has no verbal language; it communicates with us through dreams and feelings. It also communicates with us while we are asleep and dreaming, which is why we often recall our dreams and listen to the message it has for us.
8.It controls our idle thoughts; Most of us can't meditate for more than a few minutes without our ideas destroying us; anytime we sit idle, we may believe that our thoughts are irrelevant to us, but they aren't; it's our subconscious mind providing us knowledge that we've stored.
9.It controls our anxiety and phobia; You might ask why most of us are scared of the dark or of heights; it all started in our subconscious mind. If you are afraid of heights, it's likely that you had problems climbing ladders as a child, which your subconscious mind records.
10.It controls our physical manifestations; The subconscious mind frequently requires our focus to handle an essential issue, which is why we often have headaches or body aches. Though this is not always the case, our subconscious mind frequently requires our attention.
Our subconscious mind is more powerful than our conscious mind because it stores information and ideas and communicates with us through dreams and feelings. It tries to catch our attention by sending us information that we need to use. Our subconscious mind is always speaking to us; the question is whether we are listening?.
In conclusion.
Let us try to pay attention to our subconscious mind, which sends information to us even when we are not aware of it, and which works harder than the conscious mind. When we sleep, the conscious mind passes the work to the subconscious mind and lets it do its job.
When you wake up from a dream, think about it and make time to find the message that the subconscious mind sends to us. It's always awake and active, and we use it every second because it controls our body movement, thoughts, and thinking.
Try holding your breath for a few minutes and see what message your subconscious mind sends to your conscious mind, which will easily tell you to stop holding your breath. All I'm saying is that the subconscious mind is a part of us and does a lot of things, so let's try to sit down and meditate to hear what it has to say.

I'm mostly kinesthetic in my approach to life, relying on my subconsciousness to process everything non-verbally. It is truly worth respecting the fact that verbal thoughts and expression are just a fraction of what our brains do.
